mega able retro prices are quite........... contradictory. Some users may be willing to offer250k pd for it(as per my experience) and some users may also offer only 25k pd for it. However, as prajju said, they cannot evolve and are solely for collection purposes. if you really want to sell one, look for a user who is willing to buy it for a high price. and if you want to buy one, i would suggest looking for a user who is trying to get rid of their's at any cost.

for hoopa quest you need to treasure hunt in game centre. sometimes when you open the box this message may come:-

You found the legendary Pokémon Hoopa inside the treasure box!
It fled instantly, I wonder where it went?
Maybe Professor Rowan knows more about this naughty little Pokémon.

then you go to professor rowan's lab and he tells you to find 5 rings:-
