Don't worry, I'm not changing it ^^ reason being, some people like Pokémon being in their party (i.e. My shiny mega Pokémon) If it's in a "locked box", it's not in the party, which kind of contradicts what I was saying to begin with ^^ besides, anyone could have a box with all of their favorite Pokémon in it, and it would be safe from any releases as long as you leave it alone. What I'm pointing out is that Pokémon in the party are in danger of being released accidentally, and that it could be fixed :)

This suggestion is now obsolete, thanks to the Pokémon Recovery update Riako has released. Thanks for stopping by though!

I've got another suggestion, one that could really benefit everyone ^^ this time, my suggestion is an improvement to the Storage Boxes and Pokémon Profile features, but nothing too major.

I've seen many of my friends release Pokémon that they didn't actually want to release, like their only Deoxys, a shiny mega Pokémon, and even today I accidentally released a shiny magikarp (not a very bad loss, but still). My suggestion is a lock option for Pokémon on their profile, where if you use the feature for said Pokémon, it makes it impossible to trade, release, or put it up in the Auction House. However, it should still be allowed to go on a Rumble Mission or be in a Battle Team. You could also remove the lock at any time should you choose to.

Let me give you an example. There is a mobile game called Kingdom Hearts Unchained X, where your source of power comes from medals. You collect a lot of medals over time and, naturally, you want to sell some to free up space. You can sell any medal you like. However, if you view the details of a specific medal, theres a padlock icon that you can click on, which will "lock" the medal and prevent it from being fused into another Medal or sold.

I feel like a similar feature on Pokéheroes would be highly useful for everyone. It would prevent a lot of serious heartbreak from accidentally releasing a treasured Pokémon. Heck, even I am always majorly nervous when releasing Pokémon, in fear that I would accidentally release one of my shiny megas in my party.

I know that there is some security against that already, what with asking you if you're sure before you release the Pokémon, but trust me, nobody double checks every single time. People don't always pay attention, and this feature could eradicate that problem completely.

@Impure--Angel, of course it'll be easier. However, I have an idea that might remedy that a little bit: Along with the limit of Pokemon each user can adopt per day, there would also be a fee to adopt said Pokemon (nothing too major, maybe like 1,500 PD each). Or, have the fee based on Rarity, so that rarer Pokemon, or Event Pokemon, etc. have a higher price to adopt. Maybe that could work?

@AestheticRowlet, they would be completely taken out of your box and placed in the clinic ^^ not much point to dropping them off if they are still in your box.

@Lugia, well, hey, like I said previously, it's there if they want to use it; they are not strictly required to, so if you didn't want to take away the challenge, you don't need to take Pokemon from the clinic. Other than that, I get what you mean ^^

	@teius probably not. That could cause major issues between users. Maybe if your Pokemon is still in the clinic and nobody adopted it, sure, or if it was a mistake, but other than that, if they adopted it, it's theirs. [Read more]

@Lugia, the initial idea was to help users who have lots of Pokemon that they don't want, but don't want to release them either. The GTS and the Auction House would be obsolete (and time-consuming) because you can't drop off, say, 30 at once. Remember when we didn't have Delibird Item Delivery, and we had to set up items for trade one by one on the GTS? This is kind of the same thing, except with Pokemon. We want to get rid of Pokemon in bulk, but at the same time, want other users to have them if they want them. If the user doesn't want to use the feature, they don't have to. And, as stated before, there would be a limit on how many Pokemon a user can adopt in a day, and, any Pokemon that are trade/sell locked (i.e., MissingNo., Mewtwo, Deoxys, etc.) would not be able to be set up at the clinic.

	@PkmnTrainerV of course, but some Event Pokemon might need to be exempt. For example, MissingNo. was just released as a new event, but it can't be traded or sold. I think the same rule applies there, but otherwise, Pokemon like Mr. Bag on or Slowyore, sure! [Read more]

Support for the most part, but two suggestions for this suggestion:

1: Limit the amount of Pokémon you can trade per day, to prevent the mass production of rarer gems.

2: In regards to Dragon Gems, they need to be more limited than "A Gible gives you two Dragon Gems". A Gible is around 7K PD and Dragon Gems are 50K a pop, so... unbalanced. I'd say maybe if you traded "12x Dragon Type Pokémon" It would give you one Dragon Gem. In conjunction with my first suggestion, it would work well ^^

Hey there! I did some thinking when I was going through my boxes: I have a lot of Pokemon that are just, kind of, sitting there, in large quantities. People who do hunts probably understand what I'm talking about. Lately, I've simply been releasing Absols as soon as they're hatched. But, maybe other users want these Pokemon, y'know? So, maybe an Adoption Clinic could be set up where users can adopt 1-2 Pokemon a day that would otherwise be released. I know there's the GTS and the Auction House, but GTS requires trade and sometimes I don't really want a Pokemon, I just want to get rid of it, right? As for the Auction House, it simply takes too much time, especially if you have tons of Pokemon that you need to get rid of. Maybe have this Clinic set up like your Storage Boxes, except instead of "Release" as an option, there's a "Dropoff" option. From there, users can search for a Pokemon and adopt it if it's available. It still keeps the OT that hatched the Pokemon, and retains it stats. Like stated before, it could be limited to 1-2 adopt a day or so. I feel like this way, people have a chance to get a Pokemon that they want, from others who don't mind donating it. Of course, the Pokemon like Mewtwo, Deoxys, etc. would be exempt from this for the same reasons that they can't be traded or sold. Let me know what you all think!
