Cherail simply stood in the mist of crowds and walked behind the crowd. She liked having closure and ground against people ... She hoped it made her seem more standoffish. The mage looked down at her hands and shock ruled her as quickly as a cheetah. She had forgotten her mother's spell book underneath her bed.

Cherail hesitated for a moment, quickly fidgeted with her hands, and decided to go and grab it before they gotten outside. She sprinted to the dorms and peeked under the bed. It was there, to her hyperventilating, and she grabbed it's crisp edges before sprinting back. She returned to the crowd, looking at the book's burnt cover and becoming relieved that she run fast.

Chapter 1

"When I was a boy I lived on Poplar Street ... Just a little child with plasters on my knees"

Her room covered in darkness, Amy opened her eyes to her computer screen. It had been a week after Christmas, and, busy with the festivities, Amy lost her sense of how much happens on the web in seven days. New memes, new people, and new requests for her 'top-of-the-line' artwork. Yeah, she was a forum artist, selling her brand on a OK platform, titled Klaqu. Klaqu's a forum-chatroom type website, committed to bring people together and sparking intuition between communities. It was the exact opposite in the flesh; Online wars happened ever day, between furries and gamers, commies and hippies, etc. and etc. The young artist was in between it all, selling her pieces along with her other mediocre friends, Lea, Mason, and Rachael. Amy knew only Rachael in real life, and Rachael claims she knows Lea and Mason in real life. Amy doesn't believe her crap about Mason and Lea.

She got up from her bed, went to the kitchen, and smiled as she poured herself some green tea. Amy was a great follower of green tea, maybe even religious about it... She always had her watermark as a cup of green tea, her username, "Amese3", plastered on the yellow mug. She returned to her lair and started to check her millions of commissions and business deals.

After checking her millions of emails, she then checked Klaqu's home screen. To nothing of her surprise, there was a 50+ next to the messages tab. Amy clicked it reluctantly and her first message made her eyes widened...

Hazydrams1: Hey amy its me carter

The artist immediately clicked off the messages tab, Carter? How'd he know Amese3 is me?. She, after breaking down a slight bit, mustered enough courage to reclick the messages and type a response.

Amese3: Hey carter umm how is your day?

Amy knew Carter from her Economics class, she disliked him a lot. He'd often make others uncomfortable, talk back to the professor, and just be an annoying kid in general. Amy's been in the same group as him only once and hated it all the way. Amy heard the ding of the reply noise. She clicked the message group to see the response.

Hazydrams1: idk its going good hey amy ive got a question

She did not want to reply nor ever talk to this arrogant, rich kid ever again. That's how it was every time they talked in real life. Amy sighed and typed, trying to be a decent person and choke someone at the same time.

Amese3: yea?

The reply was quick.

Hazydrams1: could you come over tonight?

I think I've only seen you ... like once in the forum games. It's not as small as a town as they say it is!

Of course, Cherail woke up immediately to the sound of the alarm and fully realized it wasn't a dream when a girl screamed.

"Thank you, human race..." She said sarcastically underneath her morning fog and tiredness. It had been her first day in a very long time since she has slept on a real bed besides from a street corner or couch, using her mother's spellbook as a pillow. Besides sleeping habits and old tendencies, she has already grown accustomed to the paintings on the walls and portraits. It shocked Cherail that her parents weren't on any of them.

She got up, dusted herself off, and dressed up in the bathroom, returning afterward. Chervil wore a sleek, light red robe with a shiny crystal color powdered onto it. The young mage walked out and waited for further instruction.

Cherail listened to the conversation in the group, excising? Really? She can already run and dodge street cabs and hungry dogs, what did she need to run away from here? From her problems? From her fears? Actually, thinking about it, Cherail was sure magic could make either of those come true and it probably was going to after a while.

She walked to the nearest bed in the women's dorm, placed down her small, ripped apart bag, and pulled out the only thing in it; A dictionary-sized, crimson book. It had been her mother's old spellbook. Cherail flipped around the pages, looking at the small doodles of stick figures and red phoenixes her mother used to draw with her. The stick figures were her, her mother, and her father, and another family of phoenixes that represent their human counterpart. The young mage smiled as she flipped the pages of the book, it was adorable to see her mother's drawings in collision with her own. The last two pages seemed bonded together, like one page, Cherail tried ripping it apart, failing, and also tried using a bit of spark to ignite it. No budge. It seemed the thicker page had been magically stuck together, Cherail's mother never taught her this!

She had to study this phenomenon later, and ask a teacher to unbind it for her.

For now, she sat on her bed, looking around at the scenery. After placing her book beneath her bed, it was surely hard to not look around the dorm. Paintings of great wizards, warlocks, and witches, none of her mother or father. She accepted that, after all, a person who lives in the woods is a person who practically unknown to anyone, sadly.

Luxray? I've seen, smelled, and heard better electrical moves than LUXRAY. Oh, it's not an electric move? I just got word from my supervisor saying Luxray is a pokemon, one sec. Okay, Luxray is a ... pokemon? Wait, it was so unbelievably nowhere to be seen in my box. Its sprite is so hidden that I feel as if, like the pokemon, it should get reworked. We know the people at Nintendo wouldn't do anything to Luxray and their sprite, but do they really need it? No. Would I care if they got it? Not a single bit. But more one question Nintendo ... When will you make Luxray an Electric-Dark type???

"Woah..." Cherail murmured underneath her breath, she walked over to the table and grabbed a biscuit. It was a plain biscuit, with a golden-brown, flaky surface and a poofy, airy middle. The mage smiled as she ate it, it wasn't buttered nor had jam but was great to eat.

Cherail smiled at her accomplishment, it was at least twenty feet to her. Cherail followed the few others that gained the top and approached the group and immediately backed off after finding someone had a passion for discussing hearts. She retreated to the door of the Academy. Her hand edged against the handle, but Cherail dragged it back to waiting next to the golden and great entrance.

This is a semi-lit to lit RP @~skid~ and I really don't believe you're cut out for one of those, considering your character sheet and your capitalization skills. To add to it, this IS NOT a pokemon RP, it is a human RP set in the 1700s. Did you even read any of the plot? Or the setting?

Due to these two reasons above, I am not accepting you.

Cherail frowned at Sparmi's comment about fire as if her parents had yelled at her over spoiled milk. Well, maybe not the best analogy... She rolled her eyes, looked up to the climbing route, and jumped up to climb. Luckily, Cherail was decently fit, but she still greatly struggled in the climb, slipping on one of the rock's slippery sides.

She fell over on the ground after the slip and retorted with getting herself back up and trying again. Cherail's attempts later ended in success as she finished at the top, her robes muddy and her angry frown curved to the brim. She wiped up the mud off her purplish-blue robes and returned to her neutral expression.

Name: Cherali (Chair-ly) Keyland
Age: 17

Status (Nobility/Royalty/Commoner/Serf etc.): Poor orphan on the streets, beggar
Gender/Pronouns: She/her

Personality: She is very snarly with her words, rude, to say. Cherali is sarcastic and, more often than not, jealous of other people. No matter the tone of her voice, you can always find some hint of disembodiment or aggression from her. Nobody really knows why, nor do they want to find out because of her attitude. Every day, at least one of her teachers has something to say to her and that's alright with Cherali because she gets to always say something back. Assumptions and hypotheses cannot even aim to describe Cherali as a semi-kind person.

Appearance: She short (5'3") and she doesn't mind. Some many call her a midget others may just say malnourished. Her brunette hair is cut into a pixie style with a bit longer slant to it. She has teal eyes, some parts are blueish and others are greenish. Cherali wears just normal clothes, maybe black-themed, maybe white-themed, maybe lemon-themed. It doesn't matter.

Back Story: Cherali wasn't actually born on the streets, instead, she was born inside a humble cottage in the mossy oak forests. Her mother and her father were a happily married couple and Cherali was just a great addition to the group. Until a great fire sweep throughout the forest. Who caused that fire? Little Cherali, playing with her mother's magic books and wands. She watched the forest burn, she watched it all sweep away. Along with her parents, the fire burnt through their skin. She did really cry, and as a result, she mourned her parents throughout the days she was thrown onto the streets. Her tin can and her rags of a red dress are the only things she entered within the great academy.

Mage or Knight: Mage
Magic Elements (Mages only): (barely) Fire and Air
Primary Weapon(Knights only):
Secondary Weapon (Knights only):
Extra: caught in a bad romance ohhh woooooOOOowooo caught in a bad romance
