June opened her mouth to warn the group once again, but was inturrupted by the distant sound of a hunting horn. "You need to go. Now." She asserted. "The area around the Hollow Hill belongs to the Alderking. I don't want to be responsible for the lot of you turning to stone or something equally terrible. If you leave now, you might be able to make it to the Hill or out of the area in time to avoid the hunting party." Juniper said, stepping backwards towards the forest. "I'm sorry, but I can't help you any more than I already have. It's your choice to make. I wish you the best of luck." She said, turning and vanishing into the forest, quick footsteps padding on the ground as she ran to the Hill, hoping to avoid the hunting party of fae knights. Though each knight was likeable on an average day or night, during the Wild Revelry, they became more agitated and aggressively mischievous, cursing majority of the non-fae they stumbled upon. She glanced at the trail of footprints she had left behind as she reached the hill, sitting at the base of it with her knees pulled up to her chest in case any of the wolves decided to join her.

June was more than dismayed to say the least when her warning was largely ignored by a majority of the werewolves. "Hey, who's the alpha here? You need to go, the Folk will be here soon, and the hill is no place for mortals like you!" She urged, worry edging into her voice. Her kin was far less abiding to ethics than she, and Juniper had no intention to let these silly wolves get themselves cursed on her watch. Her eyes flashed an impatient stormy purple just as a gust swept through the clearing, blowing her impossibly blue-black hair across her face. Spluttering, Juniper pushed her dark locks behind her sharply pointed ears, taking another step towards the wolf pack. "Come on, I'm sure even the vampire would agree with me!" She said, her eyes now shining a pale lavender in the presence of so many supernatural beings.

Juniper heard voices mearby, not a bad sign considering she was near the hill. Or at least that's what she thought, until she realized she was nearing the area from which the howl came from. She gave a resigned sigh as she made her way towards where the voices were loudest. As she suspected, a pack of werewolves were there, oblivious to the danger posed to them by lingering so closely to the hollow hill. With a sharp inhale of breath, she stepped into the small clearing, the moon casting light on her pale skin and silvery gown, giving her the impression of Selene stepping out of the moonlight. The impression was quickly shattered, however, as the fae girl began to speak. "You're too close too the Hollow Hill." She said, a brief expression of worry flickering across her face as her line of sight flickered to the treeline. "It's far too dangerous for you to be so close to They Themselves tonight." She continued, her voice smooth and almost silent.

It was the full moon tonight, and June was in the forest. Her eyes averted to the setting sun as she stepped over a fallen log, feet bare. Even though she knew her sister was safe at home, probably doing homework, that didn't stop her from worrying. Most families didn't allow their children into the forest past dark, well aware of the hidden dangers of the woods, but June was one such exception. Her family understood her need to be in the forest for the Wild Revelry, the monthly festivities under the hollow hill, her need to connect to her supernatural origins. Though reluctant, her mother allowed the changeling to attend the festivities, knowing she couldn't stop the girl if she tried.

So now here she was, barefoot and walking through the woods in only a shimmery silvery-blue summer dress, quite unfit for the brisk weather, which almost appeared to be made of moonlight itself. It was fae craftsmanship, literally woven from spider silk and the midnight glow of the full moon, silver at the edges and fading into a pale blue near the bottom of the gown. June was wearing a matching necklace as well, a teardrop shaped necklace of a silvery blue colored stone, the twin of which her sister was in possession of.

She had just climbed over a large tree root when she began hearing the howls, the subtle scent of magic weaving through the air, lighting June's eyes a glowing lavander. Her black hair fluttered behind her, the small breeze exposing her sharply pointed ears, matching silver studs adorning them. She brushed the stygian blue tips of her hair over her left shoulder, hoping that the weres would bypass her peacefully, ignoring the eye catching hue of her impossibly colored hair. If they did, there was nothing she'd be able to do, however, and as she realized this, she resigned to allowing her hair to flutter behind her, making her way to the hollow hill.

The hollow hill was considered one of the more dangerous parts of the woods, at least to non-fae, mainly due to the fact it was the gathering point of many of the fair folk more often than not, and she hoped that no idiots had managed to stumble upon it tonight.

Lành flinched back as the siren grabbed her ear, shaking it a bit. She almost hissed with indignance as she swatted his hand away. She couldn't stifle a groan of displeasure as her captain mentioned arranging for the siren to perhaps join the crew. "If you're going to have the siren stay aboard, I'd suggest he perhaps stay in my cabin. Most of the other cabins are relatively full, plus it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep him somewhere he couldn't do much harm." She said, referring to her inexplicable immunity to most magic. She rarely acknowledged her non-human ancestry, and for good reason. There was a cause for her not sharing a cabin.

//s CREAMS AND BUSTS THROUGH WALL

Show hidden content
Name: January "Jan" Melbrook
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Appearance: Jan has startling blue eyes, light colored skin, and a wavy mess of blue-black hair that goes down to her hips. She has soft, gentle features, and is of slightly above average height. She looks almost like a realistic rendition of Snow White, which is part of the reason she was stolen from her crib as a child. Compared to her sister June, she's more of a warm, gentle sort of pretty, as opposed to her sister's almost alien beauty. She is the more approachable of the two by far, and though neither are stunning in comparison to some "true fae," they are both rather attractive by human standards.
Personality: January, in contrast to her name, is very friendly and outgoing, with a warm, welcoming personality. She's easy to like and quick to befriend, and has a tendency to crush easily on sweet boys. Though sweet and gentle, she's pretty tough too, and it's hard to keep her down. She doesn't mind what people say about her, but she's almost as defensive as a mama bear when it comes to her friends. She's also as stubborn as a bull.
Background information: When January was only a child, she was stolen from her parents by the fae in the neighboring forest. Her mother got her back by heating up a hot iron poker in the fireplace and pressing it into the changeling that had replaced Jan until the fae mother returned with her child. Instead of returning the changeling, January's mother chased the fae off, raising Juniper as her own. Neither of the two knew Juniper was a changeling until they were around nine years old, when their mother told them the truth after Juniper was bullied for her pointed ears. Both of the sisters are very open and accepting about the supernatural, especially fae, though it never hurts to be cautious, at least in January's case.
Powers: N/A
Crushes: Open
Other: Extremists are one of the only types of people she absolutely does not like.

Name: Juniper "June" Melbrook
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Species: Fae
Appearance: Juniper looks uncannily similar to January, though with distinctly sharper, more elegant features, as well as paler skin and a more slender and graceful body. She has pointed ears with numerous piercings and unnaturally bright blue eyes that change to a light lavender when she's using or sensing magic. She's also slightly taller than Jan, and her long black hair is much smoother and straighter than her sister's, though it's still a bit wild at the ends, where it's tinted stygian blue. This perplexes everyone, since stygian blue is an impossible color. She looks less like Snow White and more like the Ice Queen, according to everyone who's ever seen her with her sister. At first glance, you could mistake one for the other, but the difference between them is indisputable when you actually look at them. She has a fae form, but she has never seen it, as the glamour keeping her looking mostly human is almost impossible to break until she has abandoned her humanity, though she catched rare glimpses of her "other half" in reflections sometimes. She has a scar on the front of her left shoulder where her mother prodded her with a hot poker to get Jan back from June's fae mother.
Personality: January would be a much more fitting name for June, considering how much of a loner and introvert she is. Though she's reasonably kind and outgoing, she's no match for the friendliness of her sister, and can't help giving mortals a cold shoulder sometimes, despite enjoying the company of others. She prefers nature to people most of the time, yet is quite wild and untamed once you get past her isolated exterior. She has few friends, all of them close, compared to Jan's flocks of buddies. She is much more prone to neatness and order as opposed to January's more disordered, spontaneous lifestyle.
Background information: If you've read January's history, that pretty much covers Juniper's life. Or at least, it covers the "human" part of it. Juniper, though only discovered her true origins when she was nine, had been suspicious of her place in the family since she was quite small. She has always been a bit of an outlier in their little family, with her ability to speak to birds, to the way her father sometimes looked at her as if she wasn't his own. Years after she had learned of her fae ancestry, when she was about 13, she discovered the wild revelries of the fae, and began to spend much more time in the forest, both to spend time with her lawless "other family," and to go to the revelry, an occasion that happens once a month on the full moon, which she is compelled to attend. Since she has come in contact with her fae mother, she has acquired some more fae inclinations, and after discovering she no longer required as much sleep as a mortal, has spent that time becoming more in touch with her fae side, which may or may not be a good thing.
Powers: Can cast glamours & illusions, curses & spells (mostly related to nature, transmogrification, or boons/enchantments), and detect beings or objects of supernatural origin. She can also converse to animals, and is immune to most fae magics that impact mortals.
Crushes: Open
Other: June is burned by iron and rowan wood, and though being a full-blooded fae, does not abide by the same customs of fae (ex: thanking her is not considered rude as it is to most fae).

Lành stiffened slightly as the mer twisted a lock of her hair around his finger. She was just about to say something about him smelling like seaweed before the captain came above decks. "Ah, yes. 'Seducing.' Sure, if that's what you want to call it." She mumbled, crossing her arms across her chest. "Captain, I wouldn't trust him. He smells like mer." Lành advised, brushing some of her hair behind one of her pointed ears, her silver earrings reflecting sunlight.

Lành almost laughed at the mer's snarky reply. She met his eyes, a somewhat amused grin playing on her lips. "Cool your gills there, salty. This is my business. That's my crew-mate you're trying to get friendly with, after all. You'd better get going before someone pushes you into the sea themself, fish boy." She said, gently pushing him with one hand by his back, away from the girl. "Please don't try to seduce any more of my crewmates, if you could. I'm not sure if I could resist throwing you off deckthe next time you try." She said with stifled laughter.

Lành knew the moment she saw the man that he did not belong. His face was unfamiliar to her, something that left her deeply unnerved, pushing her to investigate. They made their way over to the blonde, just ad he began pestering one of the young ladies on deck. Lành almost groaned. He was probably some sort of shapeshifter from the sea, which would explain his unfamiliarity. They sighed as they made their way up to the man. "Hey, sod off, she's got work to do." She said, a hand on the man's shoulder. Normally she'd be less blunt, but she really didn't feel like playing around with some mer that had snuck on board right now.

//s CREAMS BC PIRATES//

Show hidden content
Name: Neith
Age: Unknown; Likely several centuries
Gender: Female
Species: Cirein-cròin/Beisht Kione Hybrid
Appearance: Due to her nature of being a shapeshifter, Neith has the ability to switch forms. Her first, true form is that of a gargantuan sea serpent, covered in violet-silver scales, dark obsidian scales covering her head, with bleached lavender fins, which line her spine. Her scales are sharp-edged, and she has several rows of dagger-like teeth. Her monstrous form is quite colossal, but she prefers to stick to her less threatening forms, mainly due to mobility and for the sake of socializing. She has glowing light blue-violet eyes in all of her forms.
Her second form is that of a young woman with the lower half of a sea-serpent, though she could be mistaken for a merperson if you didn't notice her lower half. Her straight, smooth hair is the same color as her head-scales of her serpentine form, and is long enough to cloak her entire top half. She looks somewhat foreign, possibly asian, and has pale, creamy skin, dappled with silvery-grey scales along her back, and webbed fingers. Her lower half is almost like a smaller, more silvery version of her monstrous form, though much less pointy and dangerous. She has gills on each side of her neck by the base of her head, as well as a larger pair placed around the bottom of her ribcage.
Her third form is basically the top half of her mer-form with a more human lower half, two legs and everything. She still has webbed fingers and toes, gills, and pointed teeth, as well as the same violet-silver scales along her spine, wrists, and ankles.
She also has the ability to shapeshift into almost any species of saltwater fish, and has bright silver scales whenever she does so.
Personality: Neith is very curious, and moderately social. She has a penchant for mischief, and enjoys investigating wandering sailors. She is quite friendly for a gargantuan man-eating sea monster, and actually prefers not to strike fear into the heart of her enemies unless it's absolutely necessary.

Name: Lành Ceto
Age: 25
Gender: Genderfluid
Ship: The Night's Corsair
Position: Sailor, swordsperson, seems to know a little bit of everything.
Appearance: Lành is fairly plain in appearance, with wavy, shoulder-length brown hair, hazel colored eyes, and tan, freckled skin. Their slightly-pointed ears have numerous piercings, and they tend to wear more plain, simple clothing. They have a tall and somewhat willow-like body type, elegant and careful with their movements. They're fairly androgynous, though their features lean towards feminine. They seem to be somewhat resistant to most forms of magic, including siren-song, perhaps due to some mythological ancestry? They have a blue-green tattoo of a sea serpent on their back, twisting around to wrap over their shoulder and up the left side of their neck.
Personality: Lành is a very sturdy and calm, unimpressed by most people. They are quite talented at music and learning the basics of things but never actually doing anything with those gained skills. They prefer more calming activities like wood carving and music, though they are decent with a sword. The Bandersnatch's ears twitched, her head twisting to face the direction from which she had heard voices. She clamored over roots and logs, steps silent and deliberate, the only sign of her presence being the scarcity of animals and the brief glimpses of spots shifting in the foliage. She caught the scents of rabbit and mouse, and perhaps cheshire -a rare delicacy, even for the Bandersnatch. She could almost never catch the sly felines due to their teleporting abilities. A wicked grin flickered across her monstrous features, faltering as her keen scent caught traces of something almost foreign to her. Almost. She almost gave a purr of delighted surprise as she placed the scent, quickening her pace in the direction of her soon-to-be prey. How something as large and dangerous as her managed to stay silent and almost unnoticeable was astonishing, to say the least. She glimpsed into the clearing she had neared, confirming her suspicions. It had been long since she had last seen a human, nevermind one she hadn't detected in the forest before. She couldn't stop the low rumble of a snarl begin in her throat, almost unnoticeable at first, as her large, angular topaz eyes glimmered in the brush. By the time it took for her usual prey to notice her prescence, she had already pounced upon the closest figure -he smelled of rabbit- her savage claws tearing his sleeves as her massive weight kept him pinned. Her monstrous features curled into a snarl that conveyed her most prominent view of the rabbit. Dinner.

Seven's eyes snapped open at the sound of parting foliage, their pale hand closing around the wrist of the creature, whose hand had almost brushed against the smooth material of their tunic. Their peaceful smile slipped off of their face, all notions of emotion sealing themselves away behind their closed expression. In a single fluid movement, Seven slid to their feet, pulling the girl towards them into an almost dance-like position. "Dark hair, red eyes..." They clasped their free hand in the girl's opposite, releasing her wrist and giving her a spin, taking in her features. "Hasn't reached full maturity.. Oh! And such lovely horns!" They noted, catching the girl midspin, dipping her so her horns nearly scraped against the grassy ground, nose nearly brushing hers. They abruptly pulled her up to her feet, gently pulling her in a tight-bodied twirl, releasing her hand as they stopped moving. "So who might you be?" They inquired, an amused smile playing on their lips as they moved to stand beside one of the larger trees nearby.

Seven spun, their scarlet eyes surveying the forest as the snap of a branch echoed between the trees. They raised an eyebrow, finding no obvious causes of the sound to be beheld. "Perhaps it was just a rabbit," They mumbled to themself, voice soft and melodious. They stepped deeper into the forest, footfalls silent and gentle, brushing the long leaves of a fern away as they walked. They caught a small glance of movement out of the corner of their eye, catching glance of dark feathers as the bird leapt into the air, flapping away from the card soldier. He couldn't help but laugh at his own fright, though his heart was still hammering. How silly, to be afraid of a mere bird! Brushing their cheek absentmindedly with the back of their hand, they paused, lowering themself onto one of the thick roots of a forest tree. It was rather peaceful here, and they took a deep breath, absorbing the florid scents of the forest, visibly relaxing. Maybe today wouldn't be so bad after all.

Garden duty. Again. Seven groaned as they trimmed the leaves off of one of the rosebushes. Seven would much rather prefer to be alone, reading, but due to Five's absence, they were assigned to the gardener's job for the day. Actually, the past three days. Rumor had it that the missing card soldier had run off into the forest and had gotten himself killed, though he could just be sick. Seven jolted as a small hedgehog dashed past his ankles, startling him into snipping off one of the flowers on the bush, white in comparison to the vivid red of the remaining flowers on the bush. They sighed, plucking the creamy bloom off of the ground, tucking it into his chest pocket as he finished his work. He walked to the shed, depositing the gardening supplies as he left the garden. They strolled to the gate, pausing to look at the edge of the forest. They glanced around, catching no sight of any other card soldiers. "It wouldn't be so bad to take a break." They mumbled, before making up their mind and stepping past the edge of the treeline, and into the forest.

Hunger. It was all The Bandersnatch knew, aside from agitation, and perhaps confusion at times. She slunk through the forest, her long limbs taking her over toppled trees and twisted roots. She caught sight of her prey, the birdlike creature, dark and small against the pale trunks of these towering trees. A terrible grin spread across her beastial features, her sharp teeth shining before she slipped into a crouch. The Bandersnatch slowed her movements, smooth and fluid, creeping ever closer to her oblivious prey. The poor, ignorant creature stepped closer in her direction, unbeknownst to his impending doom. In a moment, the beast was upon the avian, sparing not a moment to snap her jaws over the bird's throat, devouring the animal, bones and all. She paused for a moment to lick the blood from her fur, giving a purr of satisfaction at her successful hunt. There was a brief pause before she stalked back off into the dark depths of the forest, her long tail swishing behind her as she parted the ferns and flora between her and the trees.

Name: Seven "Sven" Hart
Age: Nobody really knows (or cares); Looks like a young adult
Gender: Agender, typically uses they/them & he/him pronouns
Species: Card soldier (Seven of Hearts)
Appearance: Seven is very androgynous, though their appearance leans a bit towards being more masculine. Seven has very fair and gentle features, with short, almost platinum blond hair and mismatched eyes, both different shades of red. Seven's left eye is a bleached crimson, while his right is a deep amaranth color. He has pale skin, is very tall, and could be mistaken for a human, if not for his eyes. They usually wear simple robes of white, cream, and varying shades of red.
Personality: Seven is a very easygoing person, typically calm and generous, and is fairly confident in himself. They're the type of person to "go with the flow," and is typically seen as being quite apathetic, though that's not usually the case. Seven, on the surface, is seen as quite calm and collected, with a warm heart, but no visible preferences to any one person. They form strong emotional ties to people they particularly enjoy, but have a tendency to suppress their emotions when under stress, which is almost always. Is secretly an emotional goober.

Name: None; Is referred to as "The Bandersnatch"
Age: Somewhere around 300 or so
Gender: Female
Species: Bandersnatch
Appearance: The Bandersnatch looks somewhat like what would happen if you mashed together a jaguar, a snow leopard, and a lion, with maybe a couple of other animals tossed into the mix. She has a feline-like body, covered with gray fur with black rosettes, and bright, shining topaz-yellow eyes. She's about the size of a car, with a pair of twisting ebony horns curling from her head and multiple rows of needle-like teeth. Her teeth, claws, and horns are all venomous, though her saliva has some healing effects.
Her human form is pale-skinned and surprisingly small in comparison to her normal form, more beautiful than beastial. From the neck down, excluding her hands and feet, are covered in the same gray, leopard spotted fur as her monstrous form. Her angular eyes have cat-slit pupils, and have golden-yellow irises. Her hair reaches mid-back, and is a sort of dark, silvery gray-black, wild yet untangled. She has a long, leopard-like tail, and her ebony horns and claws are still present in this form. She has a reduced amount of teeth, but she still has at least two rows, as well as retaining the feline ears of her beastial form. She is of a small yet sturdy build, somewhat wiry but still possessing the abnormal strength and speed of her Bandersnatch form. The Bandersnatch prefers to stay in her beastial form, and typically avoids staying in her humanoid one if she has the option to. She also has no need for clothing.
Personality: The Bandersnatch is somewhat elusive, preferring to avoid people and intelligent creatures. She really has no motives but to hunt and devour, though, if befriended, would be a loyal ally. She prefers not to talk much, and, when she does, is very concise, a beast of few words. She is eternally hungry, and usually prefers to fight rather than talk. She seems to have a grudge against the Red Queen and her court.

(...You do know that that part of the form is ooc knowledge, right? It's there so other players know what to write for your character's backstory. All of the characters are amnesiac anyways, but they still have their history and relationships from before they lost those memories. Just because they're amnesiac doesn't mean they don't have a history. I'd suggest you go reread the first post. As said earlier, if you have more to say on issues with your character, please palpad me instead of posting here to prevent cluttering this thread.)

(Your form still remains rejected. Though you're changing things about your form, you're still missing or lacking in the parts of the form, and have non-relevant/unfitting information in others.)
(I'm not sure that this rp is quite right for you, and I guess I'd suggest maybe trying a different roleplay instead. If you wish to create a new form, or fix your previous one, please palpad me instead to prevent unnecessary clutter in this thread, thanks)
