Tyron doesn't know he was spied by a Skrelp and he didn't see her at all...

Tyron feel sorry for having bumped someone, but when he stand up, he doesn't seems to be afraid of the Archen, He was more thinking about a battle when he Heard him talk.

Tyron was a competitive Torchic with always a Great willing of fight stronger ennemy without thinking about consequences or anything else...
