To be totally honest, I can see your art improving pretty rapidly, and it's awesome to watch.
I think the thing you'd need to practice some more with is proportion. Might I be able to suggest doing some stuff with skeletons? (Art skeletons, not actual skeletons. You can usually see them in my sketches, actually. I tend to at least use skeletons for limbs.)
Eh. They might not really be called skeletons, but I call them that and therefore folks can deal.
But really it's a matter of designing the build and pose before you add all the details. It usually helps to keep things consistent, and it's a much better guide later on when you actually add arms and legs and shape to the character. All that goodness.

I think you have a really nice hold on coloration and light sources, though. Very nice to look at.
If you wanted to challenge yourself, you could pair palettes with the skeleton practice and try some new stuff. Palettes are like the most soothing thing they're so nice omg.

But I'm not saying these are weaknesses. On the contrary, you have a really, really nice hold on coloring and shading and... Ick, I don't know how to explain. Your lines are really solid and believable? Like, the whole way you've got your lining done is very nice to look at. They have some impact to them. I think that if someone had come to me a year ago and said "Hey punk you should really start doing this and then this wouldn't happen" I'd be so much further ahead than I am now. A year ago I couldn't even draw two eyes the same size.
Also I used to draw female bodies as two straight lines with a curve off one side. Amazing, I know.
But I think the one thing that's helped most is using skeletons.

They do it because they enjoy it. Even if it is a little discomforting to some people.
