To climb gray stairs? Alright! She followed Manty up the stairs, not really paying attention to where they were going. She ran straight into the Mantyke when he stopped because of this. The force pushed her down with an "oomf" as Manty studied something called a Violent Seed. She stood up quickly, peering at the seed that Manty had passed over. She shrugged, picking it up while hiding it from her teammate who was already climbing. Maybe it would help later. She quickly followed the Mantyke to the next floor.

Ooh, exploring sounded fun. And fighting bad guys did too. Manty didn't seem too st on either though, so hesitantly Edelwise moved on to the Bulletin board.

The first job that Manty pointed out was one about a lost Pokemon. It was an easier job, and while this made the Electrike sad, she nodded. Their first job should be an easy one, just so they get the hang of it.

"Alright, but you have to promise me we'll be able to fight the bad guys too one day." She stated, looking up at the boards once more.

Name? Did they have to name their team? What should they name it? There were so many possibilities! Maybe something based on their types? Manty was a water type, and she was an electric type. Well, that didn't help her much. Blue Lightning maybe? He was blue, and lightning once again described her type. "Blue Lightning?" She asked, searching for either denial or approval from the Mantyke.

	(Yesh! Pikipek!) As she followed Manty, they came to a pole. Manty climbed down it while Edelwise watched quietly. That looked scary... Awesome! After she was sure Manty had reached the ground, Edelwise jumped at the pole, her paws scrabbling to keep hold of it as she clumsily climbed/slid down. At the Clefable's question, Edelwise nodded. 	Edelwise saw Manty's grin and it honestly surprised her a little. He didn't seem like the type of Pokemon to smile so widely. She wasn't complaining though. Edelwise listened intently to the Venusaur as he explained how they could get berries. So they could either find a bunch of seeds to plant or they could use money to buy some.

Well, neither of them had money that she knew of. The only way to get money was to become a team though. A team? That could be fun. She glanced at Manty, a wide grin settling on her face. "That would be awesome!"

Edelwise laughed at Manty's obvious shyness and at how he jumped into the Venusaur's bag. Her smile was bright at the mention of a Flower Shop. How had she not noticed that on the map? She loved flowers! They were so pretty! She glanced at the bag that she had seen Manty jump into. "So, where do you want to go first?" To be honest, she had no clue where to go so she hoped Manty would agree to come along.

Edelwise grinned at the shy Pokemon. "Thanks Manty! I like your name too!" She exclaimed. The Mantyke then mentioned going to the farm. That was where she had been planning on going! And Manty seemed to be inviting her along as well! Maybe she had found a new friend! "I bet I can beat you there!" She called out, running as fast as she could to catch up and hopefully pass the water Pokemon.

She was looking very intently at the sign as she determined where to go next. She could go to the farm, or even go check out this exploration guild. Well, she didn't want to go on an adventure right away, so the farm it was.

Well, that was the plan until there was suddenly another Pokemon on her. "Oof!" She grunted as she hit the ground, paws splayed in each direction. She had been studying the sign so intently that she hadn't noticed another Pokemon nearby. She hadn't even heard it speak.

She heard its apologies, but it didn't seem to move off of her. "Yeah, you're fine. Accidents happen, but could you get off now? Please?" She grumbled, trying and failing to look up and see what she was talking to.

(I was about to say something else like "or are they trying to keep something in" but then I changed my mind. I can't wait to see what this "something" is.)

Edelwise followed the Galvantula and the Bisharps closed the pointy gates. They didn't look very inviting. Were they trying to keep something out? She didn't know, and honestly she didn't want to find out.

As soon as they had entered, the Galvantula basically left her alone again. Whelp, now she had to find someone else to talk to. She didn't want to talk to any of those Bisharp again. They weren't very nice. The Elektrike shrugged and decided to take a look at the map she had been directed to. Maybe that would show her somewhere to play.

Edelwise listened intently to the Galvantula speaking. He explained where they were and what the Bisharp had apparently been talking about earlier. Human? Edelwise couldn't remember being human. Then again, she also couldn't remember anything past two mornings ago when she had woken up in this strange forest.

Should she follow this spider Pokemon? He seemed the type to be able to trust. Especially since he had just explained a whole lot. Mentally, the Elektrike shrugged and stood up. She padded along behind the other electric type as they entered the town.

The smaller Elektrike tilted her head to the side slightly. These Pokemon were acting strangely. She could only catch a few pieces of their conversation, but what she heard didn't solve her confusion. Then a couple of Bisharp left and a few remained. What were they doing?

Edelwise sat down where she was, determined to get an answer to whether they were going to play or not. The Elektrike wasn't going to budge from this spot until she was amswered.

They two Bisharp soon returned with another Pokemon. It was a big yellow spider-looking thing. Kind of scary, but it looked to be an Electric type like herself. She could practically sense the static. "Are you here to play? If not, I'm just going to leave."
