There are many users who sell pokemon. Just_Another_Human, for example.

Prices may be high so make sure you have enough to spend.

If you are not in a hurry, best way is to bid on auctions in Missing Dex Entry field. There is a chance that some pokemon already have an everstone on them. Even if some do not have, then you can put one yourself!

If you need any pokemon which are super expensive(ike ditto, mew, moltres, articuno, zapdos etc.), try to borrow them from other users who already have them. however borrow only when you have already got all other pokemon required for that dex.

Info: the link you shared, shows the value of the shadow mewtwo which is not the event mon. Shadow mewtwo is being shiny hunted widely, so they are quite cheap. I have 3 of them myself.

As for shadow lugia, the non event is much more expensive than the event mon. this is because very few of it are found around the site. However the event shadow lugia has a high price.

The values shown in market insider, of shadow lugia and shadow mewtwo are of their non event versions
