"I really wish I could go. But, all of this exhausted me. Mind if we take a break for now? If you want, maybe bring me to your town Duo. But, if it is ok, maybe you know some people who could just get a couple sapphires at Sapphire Caves." He then approaches Infinity filled with heavy panting as his temperature gets colder. "Looks like my little body is drained out from all of this stress. Let's explore that cave for another time." he pets her neck which still holds his scarf. Tempting as it is to have it for himself, he knows he can grow another naturally. That scarf is his own grow gift to the first person who gets reunited to him happens to be the one that he met first in this world.

"Remmie. Don't stress yourself. Follow me, I'm waiting for you." he ends up looking at a tree where the illusion of two ralts seem to point to him to sleep next them under the tree.

"I...I will. Wait .. me there. Liz. ,, my ... child ... Papa is ..." he then falls down to the ground with a building chilling fever. His body is aging and freezing until he falls unconscious lightly muttering his lost wife's name with worlds such as love, sorry, mercy, terrible, unforgiven, and other words of sorrow and guilt.

(Sorry everyone. But it's late at my place and I'm really sleepy. So here is a little idea that matches)

"I guess you have a point Duo. I'm still haunted by my past where I see myself as a father without a kid. Everywhere I'm looking, every pokemon I meet, I feel like I have a massive responsibility. Haven't you reconsidered retiring soon Duo? Are there like no other successors to that place? This is what I have been fearing from you." he looks at Duo again filled with sympathy.

"This is why power is something I stray away." he then looks warily at Miles, "Otherwise, it can consume you." he whispers it to the fire type. He faces Duo again after jumping down and looks up at him. Even now, he is still so small. "By the way, are you interested in what I have in mind as a goal? Sapphire Caves is one step of many.

Once more, Remmie gives a piece of apple to Fang after his hug on Duo.

"Just exploring, I've seen a lot lately. Met some people, left some people, made some enemies and got rid of them. What about you?"

"I've been leading a town that now hates me because that's apparently how everyone works. A few of our friends, including Jin, betrayed me and killed my general, so I threw them in a prison. That sums up my last three months pretty well."

"At least you managed to be still stable Fang. Unlike my dear child." Remmie does his best to give him a smile. He focuses on comforting Infinity by petting her. "Sorry to see my act like that. I had to do what needs to be done. Tell me, how are you exactly feeling and thinking dear child? As a friend."

He then now focuses on Duo. Hopping on his back, he tries to massage him with his tail. "I can't exactly make my side of this ... mess. I have to see it myself. Sorry for becoming a sudden ambassador pal. But I hope you can get why I made my statements Duo. You children desperately need help."

After all of this chaos from back then, he gives the meowstic a bow. "The silent and mysterious child is back. Hello Fang, father Remmie could really use a new face here. Man I am so outdated with all the mess happening. Say, don't we just have a quick meal?" he gets one of his apples and passes it to Fang. He's glad that Miles decided to stay quiet for now.

(Just to note. I just erased his dungeon exploration from last post. So forget that part. He is still with the three battling.)

"... Looks like you now ask for your test of honesty and perspective. Well then. My three eldest children. Show me these 'problems' right now if you want. But if the three of you want to even earn my loyalty and trust, put that fighting aside. All four of us go to the sapphire caves. Grab all the sapphires we can get. Then we talk about this government mess and conflict whatever all of you seem to be fuzzing off."

He points his crossbow down for a moment. He then gets two apples. He gives one to Duo, then throws the other for Miles, "Just eat this for now." still in the air, he knows that Miles can easily catch it and eat it. Unless he refuses to eat it. He shakes his head to the side seeing what his friends had become.

Infinity seems like the kind of child that he can be happy to raise if she really wants. Perhaps he could had considered either marrying her or Dea. Maybe both to move on. Duo is very much the kind of person that he really pities a lot due to how most of his enemies are very painful. One thing he does find shocking is his new ability to stand up but needs a bit of aid in this new "role he has to do." Miles is still the Miles he knows from the past even to this day: takes things too literally, more on act before thinking almost all the time, way too bi-polar in how he sees things, and being brutaly honest all the time angry or happy.

(thanks for recovering the Mega evolution food memes Yosa. Not again. Croissant Mence. Haha.)

Remmie sighs as to how some things. "At least you are still the same Miles that still scares me. That is something I can appreciate from you. You stayed steadfast and honest. You are still a bad father figure, but potent fighter."

He then gives his final call to everyone near him. "Whatever feud this may be, I'm not getting myself too involved. Duo, Infinity. If you want come with me, I'll be waiting at the depths of the Sapphire Caves Dungeon. Miles, if it is ok, do not bring me any kind of corpse if you want to see me. My dead child already tells me not to get involved with that. You make your choices, my lost children. I pity you all. Maybe I should have been the leader. Nothing could had been done" unfazed with the conflict, he picks his things and makes his walk towards the cave away from the fight.

"I'll make my pain go away. Through my own paw and blood."

Due to how attuned his ears are, the wind tells him tell tale signs of battle incoming. Upon encountering Miles as a salamence in his mega form, he has his talks to everyone. "The tale of loss is quite huge. Especially trust Duo. Same to you Miles. I'm not exactly sure as to whom I should believe. Yet I know that I end characterizing myself as the father of the village and you being the leader. Besides, what does an emotionally broken and demoralized father could do to help the eldest children? Being you Duo? That can go the same to you Infinity. Children fighting one after another is imminent but resolutions are are not easy to solve by me. Had I stayed with you all, I'll end up being like you, Miles: I am just as rogue as you my third eldest child. Unlike you, I have a vendetta to no one but myself."

He points his crossbow to all three. "Believe me. Like what I said, any signs of mistrust I would rather not be involved. Do you three want me to be involved with this mess whatever you all made? Be honest with me my children." he sets his bow down but holds tight in case.

"Well. That is a relief." After setting his bag down and shaking his body until his fur settles down for him to polish them back to their cozy formation, he picks up 2 of his 30 apples from his bag and set one of them down next to Infinity. Getting his friend back up, he massages her back ad four legs as gently and efficiently as possible for he knows the dangers of not tending on cramping muscles during his isolation days.

Just looking at her face, his hopeful smile is having a conflicted emotion with his watering eyes having a face to face with his visual interpretation of what his child would had looked like if he or she is alive. "Thanks Daddy."

"Yes my child. Daddy is always..." as he pets its face close to his scarfy fur, the reality of Infinity's face hits his sight again with shock, "...Here." his smile ends up staying flat for he is neither happy nor truly sad. But he is still crying on the inside.

"I'm scared... I wanna go home..." hearing another young voice just to the left of the caves, he immediately notices a forest path next to the cave entrance.

"Infinity, you hear that?" he points her on the forest path next to the cave. He has a gut feeling that they are on a main dungeon with a side path. Gazing at the trees with great intensity "I am not losing another child. Let's go. Then maybe we can be our own group and explore the cave.

Just for the recap, here are the things that happened:

a. Infinity and Remmie get to have a reunion together and have their own journey towards the Sapphire Caves. While Infinity wanted to see the others, Remmie insists her on joining his own mission involving his personal goal. Both are currently unaware of Duo's and the rebel's whereabouts (including you Jolt). Infinity has the goal of seeing the others, Remmie does not. He is playing as a third party with Infinity

b. A stairs happens to present itself to the rebels in the prison. Are your going to escape with the group. Mind you that the prison itself is a dungeon with tons of poison, Dark, and Ghosts, maybe a few psychics

As he sees the mountain holding Sapphire Cave near them, "YOU CAN SLOW DOWN AND STOP NOW! WE ARE HERE!" With the blistering speed his friend brings them both, he was lucky that she was at the location where he needs to be. Unlucky for both of them, both of them roll on the ground and stop close to the cave entrance. Once he gets up, he ends up standing up with his entire furry body puffed out with dizzy eyes.

"Eeehhh ... uugghh. In... finity? Yea-ya ohh ... kay?" his voice now has a mix of daze and panting.

Giving the book he just bought one more, he packs it in his bag. With his bag full of equipment and his crossbow set, he sets his things on his back and ride on his best friend. Her mega evolution amazes him.

"Let's head to the Sapphire Caves. It's possibly on the mountain ahead of us. I need to build us proper equipment. believe me. I had been a smith during my isolation. I can give you something that can help you."

(I managed to read the entire thing. Well well well. This is going to be interesting.)

(Here is an interesting music as the theme music of the sequel or it can be used as the music theme of the current dungeon)

"But Remmie... this is your scarf... you've had this since..." She paused, remembering. "Since Liz..." She murmured, looking away.

"You are right. Ever since I lost her ... and ... my baby I bore in her. There is a reason why I left all of you instantly after the fight. All of you grew up so much. I never wanted to let you all be involved with my problems, especially Duo. These problems ... are of my own." he looks at the sky with the gray clouds reminding him of his ordeals.

Flashbacks:

"Everyone, we finally did it. I really wish I could go home with both of you. Yet, as the father figure, I am a very broken dad. I do not want to hurt all of you with my problems. But once I come back, whatever happens to all of you, I may remember you all once we meet again. But I might end up becoming something else. Right now, Liz and my child ... haunt me. I'll miss you all." He gave his hugs to Dea and Infinity.

He then approaches Duo and tightly hugs him. "I really wish I could be with you for I know just how difficult your role has been to save us. I just don't want to bear my problems to you. I'm such a broken father. Had I met you all as a girl to become a lady by now, I might had considered staying with you. Maybe even as a mate. But ... I wish you the best for you are still my best friend. Duo. I am scared that I might not comeback. Become something else out of your control and to everyone else." he gives him a light kiss on the forehead.

After moments of silence, "Infinity. Would you be alright traveling with me? To help me set my goals clear? Before I return to my best friend and my other children? Along the trip, he gets to learn on new kinds of minerals that he can use to improve the quality of his arrows not just for his bow, but also for the crossbow he just bought. He also learned about the dangers of thieves.

Then a massive crash happens. With the merchants getting startled, Remmie picks up his freshly bought crossbow with a bolt arrow locked in. "Who is there?!" he was aware of the horror merchant stories regarding being robbed by thieves. Once upon checking the source of the crash, the sight of a slender and appealing purple feline leaves him staring out in shock.

"Uhhh. Are you ok?" upon looking at her face, he cannot believe what he is seeing right now.

A couple miles on his travels on the vast valley, he meets a merchant caravan with a few keckleons storing various materials. Due to how outdated he is with more modern technologies, he finally gets to discover a new kind of weapon: the crossbow. Fascinated by the new defensive weapon, he purchases the new weapon through the Poke Cash he has been collecting for the past couple seasons.

Intrigued on being able to build his own crossbow, he bargains a deal with the merchants to train him on building his own crossbow. With the deal accepted, he travels with the merchant to where ever it brings him to while building his own crossbow.

Title: RP Post 003

Finally leaving his forest hut with most of his unneeded equipment, he travels south of the mountain until he finally reaches the river in half an hour. With his bag containing apples, a wooden bottle, and a knife flint made by a skarmory's wing, he sets them on the shore for him to quickly drink as much water as he can.

As he lifts his face from the river, he looks at his own face. He may still have that smile that cheered the few pokemon he nurtured and befriended. He also sees the hidden sorrow of his broken soul in the process. Once more, he turns to the right, "Remmie. Don't be sad. We are here." seeing both Liz and what may be an image of their child cradling his mate's arms on the rive, he turns to his right only to see nothing standing next to him. Only the forest air reminds him of this reality.

After filling up his wooden bottle, he continues his descent until he finally reaches the foot of the mountain. Hidden under the cover of selected trees, he finds his two apple trees fully grown carry 10 more apples on each tree. Picking all of them up, he places them in his bag. Finally, he searches the little storage house and collects 2 bags of mulch and a small bag of apple seeds. Now he begins his first few steps to the vast plains bringing him wherever it brings him.

He does not care as to who finds him first. He needs a purpose.

Just as the sight of his house vanishes from his view, he immediately remembers a few things that he forgot. Upon a quick return to his house, he looks at his little anvil room and picks up his paw made bow and his quill of arrows.

"30 Shots. Looks like I may as well have a journey for now." Carrying his wooden staff along with a bag of 10 Apples, he gives his home one last look. Now he begins his own journey to wherever it takes him. He's debating if he could visit his old little village to see if it is still standing. Perhaps he could visit another place.

I may be nearly 2 weeks late to the party, but I'm already here. As one of the moderators, not only will this be my first post on the sequel, but my character introduction may well be sharing his back story.

It has been some seasons since he and his long gone friend Duo have beaten Giratina. However, upon returning to the little town he built with his own paws, he gave everyone his last farewell and became a wandering widow and old father figure to many young pokemon. His name is Remmie.

Residing at a distant forest two forest mountains away from his little Pokemon Village, he watches the blue sky from one of the tall trees with his own made hut. Many things are running through his mind.

Memories of his beloved mate Lizzie, the little Ralts who lacked the ability to verbally talk, had been visiting him in his dreams or anywhere when he is awake. He believed on the reality of her disappearance and death even to this day, including the child he may had bore on her. Sometimes, he could not tell if he was just hearing things or just talking to himself.

Another case would be his days when he helped a certain Purrloin named Infinity and an eevee named Dea. By now, both of them evolved to a Liepard and a Sylveon respectively. It was these two girls that he nurtured who helped him during his emotional crisis and involved with the final fight. Yet now, without them on his side, he felt like a father without his child and all alone.

Dropping a tear onto the branch, he finishes gazing up in the sky and climb down from the tree to the house he built for himself. Taking hold of his wooden staff, "Just like the old days when I arrived at this world. I wonder what happened to them?" He is unaware of the events that happened to Duo and his other comrades. Hearing his stomach grumbling, he begins his walk towards the river connected to a mountain cave.
