I'm gonna try and get ahold of one of the laptops later so that I can do some art stuff, and I was maybe thinking of turning it into an Undertale art stream. I feel like drawing a bunch of AU stuff, so like, suggest some AUs maybe? If you aren't character specific, I'm probably gonna fill the page with Papyrus and Sans again. And if no one says anything, I'm just gonna draw some Underswap babs If I do a stream, I won't be able to show me doing the initial sketch since that's on actual paper and I have no way to show myself drawing that from my laptop. My art teacher used the term last year when she was talking about the different between our drawing styles, but I just can't think of it. :b And I'd rather do a stream on my iPad than computer for the fact that I don't have a drawing tablet and I get lazy outlining sometimes on the computer and I just use the straight line tool instead of lining with my mouse. It looks fine in the final picture, but it's really weird to look at while doing it. o3o @Waffle Show

I'm glad to know that my art has
improved (ironic much more since I got into Undertale), although I
know that compared to how some people draw, I probably do a lot of
stuff "wrong". I've always started out with "outlining" the sketch
to begin with. I don't think that's the terminology, but I pretty
much don't use the "art skeleton" as you call it unless I'm having
trouble making limbs look right. The only exception is when I draw
certain types of characters, such as furries or actual skeletons. I
usually draw an "art skeleton" at least for the head.
I'll probably keep in mind your suggestions so that I can try to improve my proportions and such, since I know I can improve in that department. As for my lining, that's because I usually sketch out the original drawing on paper, and use that to finish the piece on an art program. My art is never as good when I draw it straight onto the art program unless I try making a sketch layer first. And trust me, some of my art from even the last two years hurt to look at some times. I'm really thankful for your suggestions and such, since there's no way for me to improve without help from other artists. Honestly, I'd almost be scared to do an art stream since I have my own weird process and I'm so ADD as I work, especially when it's an art dump like the Surivivaltale stuff. [Read more] |

Accepted ----- Also, I finally finished that SurvivalTale art. I stayed up until almost 2 AM on this. Rip me. I also almost cried drawing the Team because Sans looks so pitiful/miserable with my version. Also, after reading the newest pages of LoverofPiggies's CPAU comic, I think a part of me is crushing on Underfell Sans. Someone take these skeletons away from me. [Read more] |
