Well the point of the Breeding idea was that you breed them and there was a rare chance it would come out Alolan. And I'd say the Alolan should be breedable but that's up to Riako.
My favorite idea is the Rumbling idea. Look at what CatLady said she kinda fixed some of the logic behind it for me. Yes it would be like Yellow Forrest and Route 103. Basically my idea was that you would send them to a certain area and they would come back Alolan.

So this is an idea but in not sure if Riako already has plans for alola forms. I have three ideas on how to implement them in PH.

1)Maybe you can get them based on Rarity. Like if you get a Vulpix egg you have a chance of getting an alolan Vulpix out of it. Of course the Ice Stone would be added so you can get an Alolan Ninetales. And this would work for any other Pokemon with Alolan forms. And for the Pokemon who only have secondary Alolan evolutions (Pikachu --> Alolan Raichu and Cubone ---> Alolan Marrowak) will require either special items or special way of turning thin into their Alolan forms.

2) This one I got with the help of a friend. We came up with the idea that maybe you could Breed a male Alolan Pokemon (ex: Sandygast) and a female of a Pokemon that can get an Alolan form (ex: Golem) and get an egg that can hatch into the Alolan form. -Honestly this one might not be that useful and ruins the rarity of them-

3) Special Rumble maps that can turn a Pokemon into their Alolan forms. Like how if you send an Eevee to the Playground rumble map it will turn into Slvyeon. In this case a Pokemon that can get an Alolan form can be sent to that particular map and return as their Alolan form. Like sending Vulpix to a snowy map turns it into Alolan Vulpix.

Tell me what you guys think. If you need more details just ask. It took me a while to think about these three ideas.
