I need someone to make a gijinka of the following image:

-Specifications-

gender: male

hair color: dark blonde (unkempt in appearance)

pants: black sweat pants

shirt: black tee-shirt

sweater: vibrant red hoodless zip-up.

left eye: normal eye with blue-grey iris

face: has a scraggly but short beard following the jaw line and ending in a small goatee (same color as hair), emotionless facial expression.

Servine tail: yes (include the blue markings)

pose: tail wrapping slightly around the left leg, leaning against a wall with his hands in his pants pockets
