My notifications say

"You have been outbid on an auction!

Auction: Trapinch
(Your bid: 25 )"

But the auction house says the auction in question is over, and that I won with my bid of 25 Pokedollars. I got the notification about being outbid at the exact second the auction was set to end, too.

Edit: And now my notifications are saying that I lost.

Edit 2: The Trapinch was transferred to my PC, so I guess that's good?

	Lots of "bad" designs like Stunfisk, Garbodor, and Mr. Mime get a lot of ironic love, but I've hardly ever seen anyone who truly likes Probopass. I think it's kind of an ugly cute. Not to mention that my Propopass in Black 2 was the second best Pokemon on my team. It has a really nice movepool. [Read more]

Friends, let me tell you about Fourteen.

In a dystopian future where chicken meat is grown in labs, a mutant chicken breast grows into a supergenius man with a chicken head. Chicken George, as he calls himself, proclaims that he is the representative of all animals, and he plans to take revenge on humanity for their treatment of animals and the environment. What follows is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. Ever.

This manga includes, and I swear I am not joking or making any of this up, tiger/tarantula hybrids, the curse of the plants, a suitcase full of dinosaurs, talking cockroaches, a three year-old piloting a helicopter, a semi-anthro cactus named Bobby, and a rocket ship that's shaped like a T-rex for reasons that are never adequately explained.

Still not convinced of Fourteen's greatness? This is one of my favorite panels from the whole, 4,000+ page thing. It does not make any more sense in context.

It is a horror manga, though, and would easily get an 18+ rating for all its death and body horror and stuff. Read at your own risk. ~~I'd hate to see any of you die of laughter.~~

	According to Bulbapedia, Primal Groudon is Ground/Fire, but here it is apparently pure Ground. It's not simply a cosmetic error in the Pokedex, either, because the Advent Calendar isn't counting it for today's task. [Read more]

Absolute Music Dance - Utsu-P
(There's some flashing lights and intense colors in the video, but shouldn't be anything too bad.)

I'm not a huge fan of Utsu-P, but this one is pretty cool. v flower is singing it.

And while I'm thinking about it, here's another song from 2008. It doesn't sound awesome or anything, and there's a human cover on Niconico that's way better, but it was an important development in another fandom I'm in, and probably at least indirectly influenced Trass, who's become one of my favorite producers.

I like the general gist of this suggestion, but I'm not entirely sure about the trainer level part. Level 15 takes quite a bit of effort to get to, and I know lots of users who have been around for as long as half a year and haven't reached it yet.

The restrictions on what kinds of Pokemon can be put up for this kind of auction should be enough to prevent abuse of the system, since shinies, megas, and legends are already challenging to get. Maybe adding retros to the list of eligible Pokemon wouldn't be a bad idea, come to think of it.
