Hinami didn't respond, her eyes on the sleeping boy. His back was facing her so she was unable to see his face. I hope he had a goodnight's sleep... She stretched once more, her sleepiness now fully gone.

Axel heard a crow screech, coming from the direction he was just staring at. He planned on ignoring the black creatures but he heard more fluttering wings. Axel glanced up to see another crow landing on the building. They probably found a carcass... The Noble's eyes narrowed, his mind finally spinning its gears. Or an injured person. Axel nostrils flared and he immediately glided to the building, his pace quickening at each step.

Hinami begins to stir and she lets out a yawn. "Hmm?" She murmured and rubbed her eyes. My turn... "Alright," She says with a nod and sits up. She had no dreams when she had slept in which she was grateful for. Hinami stood to let Draco go and headed to the chair he was sitting on. "It won't be long until the sun rises." She says quietly while smoothing her clothing.

Axel eyes focus on a flying black figure in the sky. A crow probably. He thought idly, the bird disappearing as it landed on one of the buildings. Axel simply pursed his lips and continued walking but soon stopped when he heard faint flapping for a few seconds. The vampire simply shrugged it off.

Oh, I guess he didn't ignore me after all. Axel nods to the King's command and does a quick, short bow. "Right away." The Noble replies and begins to head the opposite direction. Axel skidded to a sudden stop, his head snapping to the side. His eyes narrowed as he gazed around the barren street. Axel swore he heard a faint yelp. He couldn't identify on what it was but his thoughts were directed onto the female vampire. I'm going to find you, Khaalida. The Noble thought. You can't hide forever. Axel sniffed the air, unable to catch her scent but his eyes stayed glued to the dark buildings.

Axel watched the King stomp out of the building, ignoring what he had said. Crap...he's pissed. The Noble thought uneasily. He debated whether or not he should go outside as well. Axel knew when the King got furious, no one escaped his wrath. He shuddered slightly before walking slowly to the entrance, sniffing the air as he did so to see if he scent at least something of Khaalida. "Nothing," He muttered under his breath.

Axel blinks, snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the word 'betrothal'. He stared at the King and Khaalida for a few moments as he processed the news. That was unexpected... Axel cleared his throat and bowed. "Of course, my King. It would be as if it was never mentioned." The Noble replies. As he raises his head, a sudden flash of light blinds him. "Tch," Axel growled, shutting his eyes. Don't tell me she teleported! Axel rubbed his eyes, a burnt aroma drifting its way to his nostrils. "She teleported..." Axel hissed and glanced around while taking a few steps. "She is still injured so she couldn't have gotten far."

Atticus put away his gun and sheathed his sword, simply nodding to Axel at her remark. "Likewise with you." He thought over to Axel as they were on the move again. He gazed around, his eyes settling on a couple of Neepers on a low branch. He faintly smiled at them, finding their round bodies amusing. He then focused his eyes back in front of him, stepping over branches and brambles. Atticus rubbed his fingers along a tree, unable to feel it due to his gloves. The ground grew steep causing Atticus to lose his balance for a couple moments. He instinctively reached out to the nearest person which was Sam. "Ah, my apologies." Atticus said after causing the other to stumble.

Axel snorts at Khaalida's pleading gaze, his eyes not softening. Who does she think I am? He chuckled, the thought of him helping her was amusing. It was too farfetched, too impossible to happen. If that day ever comes, I'll gladly stab myself through the heart. Axel glanced away from the female vampire, his eyes settling now on the King. The Noble tilted his head ever so slightly, leaning his weight more onto his right leg. I guess we're heading back to the base...

Axel let out a hiss, staring down at Khaalida with pure disgust and annoyance. "There is no use." With one swift movement, Axel threw the desk away revealing the crimpled vampire that hid beneath it only a few seconds ago. Axel made no move to lay a finger on Khaalida, his reasons mostly centered around the King's anger that may come out for it. He has to let me know. I really don't want to make him furious. Axel shuddered lightly as the thought but his glare did not soften.

Axel stiffened when the King let out a hissing sound as he recoiled. Instinctively, the Noble went foreword to catch the other from falling fully but the King had managed to catch himself. Axel swallowed and pulled back, his eyes gazing at the chunk that plopped itself in front of the King. Anger surged inside Axel but he kept himself from flinging the desk and grabbing Khaalida from the throat. How dare she... Axel lips curled back, his forehead creasing.

Axel followed suit, matching his strides with the King's. He stopped halfway to let the other vampire have more space in front of the desk. He couldn't help but smirk as he heard a pathetic whimper, faint but identifiable. Is she that fearful of her father? He wondered. Axel watched the King crouch down to the desk's level, the wooden object producing another whimper. Axel could easily see the desk trembling ever so slightly causing his own lips to peel upwards, his white fangs on full display. You can't hide now... The Noble nostrils flared, his eyes glistening.

Riku simply continues to grin before leaning back to the chair. Now, Riku wasn't sleepy at all anymore and he idly wondered when he was going to doze off again. I hope soon... He thought and closed his eyes. Sleep did not take him, however.

Axel sees the King's gesture and nods in response before heading to the other edge of the desk. I hope she doesn't try to pull any tricks. He thought, his eyes narrowing. He awaited for the next command.

Riku simply grunted, his lips curling into a frown. Relish the few moments my nose doesn't throb? Does he think I won't be able to take a broken nose? This angered the vampire but he shoved it away, hiding his emotion with mask of pure joy. This'll probably not anger him but it'll annoy him. "Whatever you say." Riku says happily, now smiling.

Elliott shuddered at the vampires voice, tears welling in his eyes. He sniffled and hid his ace into his arms, hoping to hide it from both Draco and Riku.

Riku nods to the King and follows the order like an obedient dog, heading to the other side. He sniffed the air as well, scenting a tinge of something. Khaalida? He thought with a grin. She's close...

Atticus watched with amusement as Selinia snatched the black gem away from the joker's hands. He soon teared his gaze away from them, his eyes settling on his shiny vehicle. He hummed softly to himself as he mounted on it, slipping his helmet onto his head. A shriek then pierced the air, causing Atticus to raise his head. Axel didn't have to repeat herself twice, Atticus followed the other, halting to a stop as they were quickly surrounded by Minor Malice. He sighed with annoyance, his forehead creasing. "I guess it can't be helped..." He sighs. One of the Minor Malice hissed and swiped its claws at him. Atticus swiftly unsheathed his sword and blocked the attack, the claws making a cling sound when they impacted the sword. Atticus then withdrew, creating space between him and the creature. It hissed and lunged again but Atticus took a step back and blocked its attacks. Atticus grunted, one of its claws swiping at his metal glove. I have to finish this. Atticus jabbed his sword towards the creature's stomach but the thing was clever. It swerved to the side and got to a close distance to Atticus, its claws going to his side. He simply grinned. Not clever enough. With his other hand, Atticus grabbed his gun and pressed it under the creature's chin, thankful that it was at close range. Atticus pulled the trigger and the creature's head exploded, its body falling pathetically to the ground.

Riku grunts, squirming slightly when Draco raised him up. He couldn't help but to blink in confusion as the other placed him back on the chair before going back to the couch. So he can control himself. Riku grunted, somewhat disappointed. "That wasn't enough to shut me up, you know." The vampire noted, his eyes narrowing at his nose stinging.

Elliott swallowed, a small burst of relief flooding into his body. He didn't like the vampire but it he didn't believe it was right to...kill him. The boy shuddered at the thought, staring at Draco uneasily.

Axel silently followed. A faint smirk appeared when the King began to call out for Khaalida. He looks around as well, pursing his lips. The King will easily find her since he has ridiculously incredible senses... Axel swept some of his hair behind his ear. Ready or not, here we come~ He thought.

Riku's head snaps to the side and he falls off the chair due to the impact. Warm blood began to drip from his nostrils. "Tch," The vampire wiped some of the blood off. I definitely heard a crack. His nose stung and burned but he ignored it and gazed up at the grinning Hunter. This made Riku smirk as well." How did that feel?" Riku asked. "Great, right?" He is so easy to twist... He licked some of the blood of his lips, the rest trailing to his chin.

The thump that Riku made when he fell off the chair, had woken up Elliott. He blinked, curiously squinting through the dark. His whole body tensed as he made out the figure of Draco holding his blade and the vampire on the ground. D-Did he k-kill h-h-him?! He thought fearfully, his eyes widening wide. (Since its pretty dark, Elliott can't really tell that Riku was sitting up slightly)

Axel nods and does an apology to the King for his question. "Of course not, I was just making sure." He says and follows the other vampire. The Noble grinned, loving the fact that he was able to walk again freely. So much energy was inside him but he kept it in place, his face quickly becoming blank. I have to hold myself together. He thought and sniffed the air.

"You can try," Riku retorted and stretched out his arms invitingly with a grin. He had managed to hear Draco's words, hearing the strain in his tone. Wow, is it that simply to throw him off the edge? His grin got even wider.

Axel shut his eyes at the light but quickly reopened when it had subsided. He blinked, astonished. His pain was gone, he felt refreshed. Axel even slightly shuddered at the King's chuckle. He never in his lifetime ever heard him do that. The Noble didn't think to much on it and gratefully accepted the King's hand. "Thank you for healing me, my King." Axel says gratefully and bows. He faintly blushed at the praise but it soon went away when the King said that Khaalida wasn't far. "Are we going to go retrieve her then?" He asks politely.

Riku chuckles, satisfied with the reaction he received. "What if I don't want to be quiet?" He asks, tilting his head his face filled with fake innocence. Riku said nothing else. He simply watched the Hunter, narrowing his eyes.

Axel swallows once more and bites his bottom lip, the sweat not subsiding. "Yes, but I didn't do it because I wanted to." He replied rather hastily, "She was being difficult." Riku huffed and raised his eyebrow. "Rude much?" He whispered back, realizing that his voice was a tad bit loud. I'll anger him for a while, I have to say its fun to make him angry. "You say its up to the 'boss' but earlier you wanted to kill me on the spot," He continues while tapping his chin "Hinami was the one to hold you back, if I recall correctly and if it weren't for her, you would've have killed me." Riku then leaned towards the direction to where Draco sat, his eyes glinting. "Correct?"

Axel swallows, a sweat bead trailing down his face. I can't tell if he is angry or not. The Noble hated that since he didn't know what to expect. "Yes...she is." Axel finally replied and bit his lip. How is he going to respond? Punishment? Axel shuddered at the thought. This was a different vampire, not the vampire that was sadistic with the cocky attitude. That vampire was gone replaced by an anxious one. Axel stared at the King nervously.
