okay i posted this on cs for some opinions and i wanna hear u guys' opinions too

so this is my opinion on the side:
BTS is really becoming too 'mainstream'. Yes they are globally famous, but less than 6 months ago i showed my class BTS 'We are bulletproof pt 2' and they were all like "what the . is this?!" and making fun of it (i admit it was a bad song choice but whatever) -
but now everyones like "Ahh BTS DNA Blood Sweat and Tears Fireeeeee" like no just stop u cant even tell the difference between Jimin and Jungkook.
Okay thats an over exaggeration but like i hear people playing BTS in school now - but what do i never hear? EXO, ASTRO, BIGBANG, GIRLS GENERATION! I never hear any other kpop group being played, and it seems like everyones either forgotten about them or just ignoring them cuz they aren't 'BTS'. I have nothing against my boys BTS and BTS was what brought me to love Kpop but this is just annoying. BTS get to go to famous american award shows, why not Exo?
Why did BTS win MAMA but BigBang didn't win KCA (Kids Choice Awards)?
And why isn't Best of me more popular?!

Im glad that BTS is even more popular now, and they are finally getting the recognition they deserve - but there are so many more hardworking groups out there that deserve the same thing but aren't being discovered by the public.

I really want MCountdown to feature Best of me and DNA instead of DNA and Mic Drop but okie

and im glad netflix is featuring some dramas now but i dont have netflix DX

Newasiantv is the best streaming site i know of - it doesnt have any country block or problems on most dramas
the worst ive expirienced with newasiantv is either its been the wrong episode on the link or part of it isnt subbed, but as long as u report it it gets sorted quickly! they update the site hourly

[Comebacks]
After listening to Power i can see that competition will be hard for the next 3 weeks or so. Baek, Do and Chen really just destroyed this song (in a good way) like the chorus is so catchy i just canttt
and then you have Chanyeols rapping on pointtt. I think that the dance will really bring out Kai and Sehun's skills - and then Suho and Xuimin will probably look beast too cuz u gotta have 2 amazing visuals XD

Like last comeback, ive actually come to believe Day6 wont get onto MCountdown. They didn't get on with their last comeback and this one is just a sequel to it (to obviously anger me and the rest of the Day6 stans WHO ARE STILL WAITING TO FIND OUT IF BRIAN GETS DOWOON)
Poor Wonpil ends up gay too lmao
"I Loved You" isn't bad but it doesn't sound exactly like their music - their other songs suit them more.

With Pentagons "Like This" there will definitely be strong competition against Exo and Bap. I didn't expect E-Dawn/Hui/Wooseok (whoever wrote it) to make such a beautiful song - But all of Pentagons songs are bomb af. Obviously i can imagine W1 coming back with it but honestly it suits their voices sooo well. Exo better watch their backs!

It depends on what type of music you listen to

for me it went in this order:
Boy in luv (spent around 2 months only listening to that)

(exo starts appearing)
Overdose (not a very good way to start stanning a group lmao i didnt like it back then)
Dope
(exo) Call me baby (still confused who tf everyone is other than baekhyun at this point and still trying to work out names and y tf their songs are so weird)

We are Bulletproof Pt2 (dont play this to your art class children)
(exo) Growl (this song i got into straight away its probably one of my favourite songs

(exo) History (again not a very good song when you start stanning a group XD)
