Pad turned, confused.
"What are you talking about? I don't hear anything."

His ears perked, and suddenly, he heard a voice.

The moon was in a perfect crescent, and colors of blue and green swirled around together and made beautiful shades.

He closed his eyes, and let his power take over him.

	Anita pet the white wolf. It flinched, it's nostrils flaring. The blue eyes shut, and they returned to a hazel color. "Let them go; tie them up if you have to." What? She rolled and ducked out of the way, throwing herself at the white wolf injuring Jeremy. She locked her down, preventing her form moving. She held a pistol in her left hand, aiming at the Crescent-killer's forehead. She missed, but the wolf stopped as the bullet hit her right next to the eye.
She yowled, and The hunters held both wolves down.

"Anita are you okay? Lets kill these bastards." The leader held out a hand, and Anita noticed the desperate struggle of the crescent-killer as her fur stained crimson red.

"No, wait. Hold on."

Hitomi stopped and saw the human girl.
She's so tiny. Hunters are supposed to be big and intimidating!
But Hitomi saw her stick eject another lead circle and hit Lilly in the leg. She charged, not caring about the death-stick in the Human's hand.

Anita heard a loud growl and saw the white wolf approaching her swiftly. She dropped the shotgun and locked the wolves jaw in a state of inability. Saliva spurt from her mouth, the blue eyes shining with rage.
This is..

No. That's impossible. I swear the wolf was black!
But it was. The wolf that attacked her little brother and murdered him in front of her as her cowardly parents ran for their lives.

The scar was on her ear, the perfect crescent through her ear.

Anita shrieked in anger and agony as blood poured from her hands.

Suddenly, Anita heard a yelp. She quickly rose from her position grabbed a shotgun from her pack.
She heard the scream of her friend, and she was dashing around to get there.

She stopped midway, noticing Jeremy struggling as teeth sank into his right leg. He Shot twice with his gun, but it barely caved over the Wolfs' ear. She aimed her gun at the white wolf, ready to shoot.

The bullet swerved and hit the cheekbone.

Pad heard the frantic screaming and rushing of members to help another hunter.
He finished the tiny area and panted.
"There. We can hide under this."

Hitomi ran to Lilly's rescue, hearing the shots firing. She growled.
Whoever that human is, they're going down!

Pad yelped and threw himself against the cave wall. He caught Fallen's fur along the way and they skid for a long period of time before hitting the back of the den. He felt leaves and branches under his paws.

The thought struck him, and he quickly starting make a giant pile of thick leaves and branches.

The sun peeked over the horizon, teasing the sky that daylight was coming an end.
Anita Walked into the clearing and knelt down. She saw the disoriented tracks of a 4-legged creature.
A wolf was here.

She stood from her crouch and proceeded slowly to what seemed to be the frantic tracks of the true dog.

She stopped at the clearling, just as her feet crinkled under soft grass.
Smiling, she let the last few inches of sunlight bask in the area.
Nothing's here, nobody's here.

We don't have to kill anything.
"ANITA! What does it look like!?"
"Everything's alright. Not a single animal is here!"
She lay on the grass, letting her backpack sink to the ground with her.

20 members of the hunting group appeared and barely noticed her.
"The grass is so tall it could hide a Buffalo," she said relaxingly.
"We should get going, Anita. We don't know what lurks here."

Hitomi quickly leads her to the pup den.

Hitomi: "Pad, I need you to stay here and protect Fallen. If anything happens, you howl as loud as you can, alright?"
Pad nodded anxiously, his fur puffing to watch out for any intruders.

Hitomi ran away very fast.

She stopped in a clearing of trees, and closed her eyes. Her ears perked, and she could hear and smell everything around her.

The Hunters are coming.

She looked around frantically, realizing that max's scent was nowhere.
Where is he!? Our pack is in danger, and he's nowhere!? She growled, realizing his behavior had been odd recently.
She quickened her breath.

I don't care what Max or Lilly says. I need to warn everyone!

Pad: "F-Fallen!? Is that you!?" He asked. He rushed over to see if she was hurt at all.

Hitomi: "Fallen, I do not know what you're doing here, but I know for sure that the hunters are coming, and we must all find shelter quickly. I am going to see Max, please follow me for your safety. By order of Beta." She walked over and towered over her, but Hitomi's gaze was gentle.

Please, I don't want anyone getting hurt.

Hitomi Realized that leaving Pad alone was not safe. She nudged him, and he quickly woke up. He was alert, but his eyes were sticky with sleep.
He yipped, and Hitomi adressed him.
"Pad, the Hunters are coming. Follow me." he reluctantly sat up and jumped down the ledge from where they were sleeping.

As she ran, she felt her paw slip on something wet.
She crashed, and realized it was a leaf as she shook herself free. Mud? The ground was moistened to the point that her paws were no longer white. Her eyes narrowed, and Pad came to a halt. He stared in awe at something.

In front of her was the tiny pup.

Fallen.

	Hitomi opened her eyes and looked outside. Pup was asleep next to her, and she was slightly worried. He was very deep in sleep, and the moon was high and the sky and perfectly curved.
