Wow. The one spell Rey couldn't master is suddenly such a big deal now. What's up with these patronuses anyway? Slipping away from the Dorms, Rey heard a wave of chattering from the Great Hall. Oh great, what now? Peeking inside the hall, Rey was flabbergasted by the sheer aura of power coming from the people in them. In particularly, there were Hermione granger And Ronald Weasley, 1 a minister of magic, 1 a owner of a joke shop, both exceptionally powerful wizards, having being in the order of the Pheonix, just like Harry Potter. Rey slept through the Patronus class. What they taught, he already knew. He had read through book by book, over and over, and still had no progress. Dragging himself from the classroom to the slytherin room, he muttered "Capacious extremis" to his suitcase once again. Lounging on his chair, in his mini hideout, he picked up a book about spellcrafting, and tried to read off his annoyment. As he kept reading, a feeling of part anger, part determination felt like it was building up inside him. If he was ever going to master the patronus, it would be now. Grabbing his wand "EXPECTO PATRONUM"

A blue wisp built up from the tip of the wand. growing thicker and thicker, and eventually solidified into...

nothing.

The wisp disappeared, as if it never existed in the first place. Rey sighed. Nothing had changed, ever since his first attempt. It seemed that he wasn't meant to master the patronus after all. He turned his face back to his book, only to feel a chill wind blowing past him. "woosh" Rey turned around, to see the once neatly-stacked books behind him now a giant mess on the floor. Suddenly, the wind stopped, with blue mist materialising out of nowhere, just behind the pile of messed up books. and disappearing just as quick as it came. What's going on?

After a long while of convincing himself not to get his hopes up, he turned back to his book. Surely it was just a fluke. Surely.

Rey went back to the slytherin room, extremely salty from all the patronus talk from everyone else. Seriously, was he the only one in the year who can't seem to cast a patronus? Entering the slytherin room, he opened up his suitcase. "Capacious extremis" he muttered, and jumped into the suitcase.

The suitcase, now with it's insides much larger than it's exterior due to the extension spell, served Rey as his own private room, just like the room of requirement thing he heard from the others. There was everything he needed there. Food, water, a bed, books, and a empty space, filled with scorch marks which he used to practice his new spells. It didn't have a toilet though, so he had to leave to suitcase to do his business. It had "almost" everything, making the suitcase his go-to hideout to spend all his free time in, much to the other slytherins disappointment, who had spent hours searching for him after his multiple disappearances.

Sitting down, he grabbed a book: "A beginners guide to Patronuses", a book he had read 5 times already, and went to work.

	Rey was rather annoyed by this new prophecy. Possible because Expecto Patronus was one of the few spells he couldn't seem to master. Everything works, and there was the magical blue smoke whenever he tried casting it, but the patronus never appeared. To cope with his annoyance, Rey returned to his notebook, and returned to jotting more illegible notes on his new spell. [Read more]

	Aight! So basically, you plonk 2 pokemon, preferably of the same species, in the daycare. You give the daycare owner some pokedollar, and you leave them in the daycare. Backstory: The hero association had initiated a project to create the ultimate hero, which can use all powers. Unfortunately, the average human is unable to withstand the power of all quirks, and most of the test subjects had died within 24 hours of receiving the prototype quirk. All was lost, until a cell regeneration quirk from a deceased teenager, Reyna was discovered, which allowed the body to regenerate just enough to stay alive even with the prototype quirk. The regeneration quirk was added to the prototype quirk, and the hero association used Rey as a test subject for the new prototype. The test didn't work out as planned and gave Rey access to all powers, but he cannot choose what power he gets. He now has a uncontrollable power, with a extremely destructive potential, and bears a grudge against the hero association for ruining his life.

During one of his quirk tests, he unleashed a unknown quirk, and suddenly, he ended up here.

Random. Rey can access all possible powers (that has been wielded by a living organism before, therefore he will not be able to wield a power that has not been owned by someone else somewhere in history. He also is unable to wield some quirks, which will be explained later.) but is unable to choose which power he gets. He is also unable to control the power unless he learns how to. Although it is by default completely random, there are certain factors that may allow him to have a higher chance of using specific power. Upon ingesting the DNA (hair, blood, any dna) of another person, he gets an increased chance to use that power, depending on how much he ingested. Once Rey swaps powers, this chance resets, and he no longer gets an increased chance until he ingests more DNA. His personality will also change depending on who’s quirk he obtains. The more powerful, the more the effect on his personality.

Notes: He can only obtain a power that has been owned by someone else some time in history. This means he will probably scale to the power level of a average human most of time. By default, due to certain control factors from the experiment he was in to obtain his power, he will not be able to obtain powers that will potentially kill him immediately. Eg, immediate self destruct. He will still be able to wield powers that will cause him severe damage, eg being able to self destruct certain parts of his body at will)

Normally, when wielding power, he will be able to access a small portion of the original wielder's memories. This normally gives him an idea on how to activate the power, and the identity of the user, but not enough information to know how to control the power well. If the power he received is strong, or the amount of DNA he ingested is of a large quantity, he will be able to access a larger portion of memories, mainly recent memories. He will still not be able to control the power well just from these memories.

The power he obtains affects his memories, the stronger the power, his personality becomes closer to that of the original wielder of the power. In other words, if he obtains the hero's power, he will have a more heroic personality. If power belongs to a villain, he will have a more villainous personality.

If said power is too strong, Rey will lose consciousness and will take on the memories, quirk, and personality of the person the power belongs too. If said person has already deceased, he will take on the personality and memories of the person in his prime. Rey's consciousness will be taken over by Reyna's consciousness. Therefore, Reyna will be able to access the memories of the person the power belongs to, granting her close to full control of the power. Rey's regular healing factor is also increased significantly. Reyna bears a grudge against humanity for her death and an even bigger grudge towards the heroes.
