Max grinned and grabbed for one of the lambs, "I want one! And if no one is willing to go firs-" Azreal smacked him by the side of his head.

"If anyone should go first, it should be people who can either protect themselves or have an intuition of their surroundings," Azreal said, turning to Palladium, "We can enter first." Azreal walks up to the entrance, shield ready.

Max just frowns at Azreal, disliking how Azreal keeps hitting him. He played with the lamp in one hand, tossing it up and down.

Azreal was about to walk off when he saw Ain hesitating. Azreal saw the uncertainty in Ain's posture and how he distanced himself from the group.

Sighing, he goes to him, "Ain, right? You wouldn't have been chosen if Orion didn't had faith in your abilities. We don't expect you to be perfect but we're a team, we help each other. Just do your best." He tries to give Ain a friendly smile as well and a pat on the shoulder.

"Besides, it's just an recon mission. There shouldn't be any fighting although we can't be sure with all the villains around," Azreal says as he leaves the room.

(Can we move the heroes to the cave entrance or about a mile away?)

Max grinned, "i copy powers! I just copied yours!" Despite his cocky attitude, Max has no idea if Armoi had any powers, "But enough chit chat guys! We should go check out the cave! We can talk along the way and get to know each other past our name!"

Azreal shook his hand, still smiling, "Wow! Even through my gloves I felt that! Fret not, Miss Larson, I bet you're simply nervous. I promise to keep you as safe as possible."

He turned to the rest of the heroes and become serious, "Fellow heroes. This is the first time we're working together. If anyone is against it, I like to propose like Miss Ava to lead us and Miss Palladium to advise our course of action. So we can better work together. "

Azreal turned to Larson, "It's understandable to be scared, Miss Larson. We heroes put our lives at risk when we go out. Still, it's brave of you to take up this mantle. Please, if you will allow me, I'll be willing to be a shield for you." He bows and offers his hand to her, in a friendly jesture. His other hand pushed up his visor so he can give her a warm smile

"Maximum here!" Max piped up, "Are you guys excited for this mission too? I mean, we're practically trying to explain the impossible!" Max was really just relieved that the other heroes were frienndly at least. He held his hands up, hoping for some hi-fives, don't leave him hanging!

"My name is Azreal the Protector," the armor suit replied, "I represent a shield for the people. Likewise, i hope I can be a shield to you present." He salutes and bows to the team. "It is an honor to serve with you."

Maximum tried to play it cool. He wished he was picked but his powers were such a wild card that it was hard to be specifically selected. But being resoureful was his trick up his sleeve. Max turned to Protector, who normally remains unreadable, though the suit of armor makes it hard to tell.

Azreal folded his arms, the metal clicking on each other. He could feel the tension in the room, a bit of nervousness (though it seems that that was from the people who were late) but more so the anticipation. Who was going to be called for most likely the moon incident last night. He too, wanted to know the mission.

This is just a suggestion, I'm honestly not sure if it'll make a difference to newbies.

A lot of mentors seem to say 'Let me know if you have any questions!', which isn't bad, but newbies don't know enough to ask questions.But we can introduce them to the events that are happening in PH, most new people don't know what kind of things they can enjoy here.

- "Do you know about the Zeraora event? This is how it works!"
- "Hey, bug-catching is happening in Emera Square! You should totally join! You can get a Meloetta egg if you get enough festival points!"
- "Hey, a secret way to earn PD (PokeDollars) is to interact/sell stuff, what kind of stuff? Well..."
- "Are you an artist or a spriter? There's groups and even the spriting event going on right now!"

These are things that kind of just happen but are very easy to miss. You can even encourage the newbies to get higher levels so they can unlock features.

Maximum gave a yawn and stretched his arms, despite their leader being in front of him, muttering the following, "I hope this isn't a boring speech you're about to give us, Orion. I could use more sleep..."

The Protector, Azreal, jabbed Maximum in the side, giving a silent glare at Maximum. He quietly paid attention Orion's words. "There was no point in lecturing Max."

"Dude, watch it!" Maximum harshly whispered, "Even a nudge from you hurts with that armor of yours!" Rubbing the sore spot, Maximum decided to shut up and listen.

This looks fun! I haven't roleplayed in a long time so I'm a little out of practice. Can I just reserve 14 and 17?

Hero/Villain name: The Protector
Appearance: Dressed in a suit of armor with a visor that he raises up when he talks to people. He's armed with a large shield that he normally uses as a battling ram. He looks like a knight and he thinks it makes him look old-fashioned. Behind the armor is muscular man with brown hair and yellow eyes, in his late 20s. He's never seen outside his armor when he's on duty.
Number: 14
Power: Ability to create barriers and shields with in 1 miles radius around him. These barriers/shields are able to block attacks and projectiles.
Power Backlash: The shield is only large enough to cover a single person behind it. The shield/barrier can crack and shatter. Nothing happens when it's cracked, but if the barrier shatters, it causes stress and shock to Azreal's body, often causing him to cough up some blood. Azreal is also vulnerable for a short period of time (15-20 seconds) due to the stress and shock, taking extra damage during this time. To shatter his shield, the attacker has to exert themselves more than usual. Example: In any fight, a regular person uses 60%-70% of their power. To crack Azreal's shields, the attacker has to use 80% of their power and 90% to shatter them completely.

Appearance: A 20 year old man with black spiky gelled hair, with a ever persistent cocky smile on his face. Wears a red and grey sweater jacket with a dragon print on it and black leather jeans. Has a childish wristband on his left wrist.
Number: 17
Power: Copying powers. As long as Maximun makes physical contact with another person, he has access to all of their powers.
Power Backlash: Maximun can copy only the last person that makes contact with him, if he touches someone else or someone touches him, the last power gets overwritten and the new power takes hold. He has no control on whose power he takes. Along with all their power, he also gains all their weakness. If the person has no powers, nothing happens to Maximun and Maximun retains the previous power.
