I have decided to change my plan from going to search for a dedenne to an Azurill. The reason is, because I think the shiny looks better than dedenne and also because azurill is one of my favorite pokemon.

The change:

Evolves into Marill with a soothe bell

Evolves into Azumarill at level 18
