A third piece of armor is meant for Lizzie that just covers her frail little body. Wearing his tiny metallic armor on his tiny arms, he carries the other one for Lizzie to see and try. "Strange. Where did you get these Miles?" Remmie leaves the wood shed to see Liz again. "I hope the rest are ok. Jin, you ... are very questionable. But the way you act around , I just cannot trust you watching on either me or Liz. I'm sorry about you. You are the dictator of your own path." after questioning himself about the zorua, unaware that Miles killed him already somewhere, he resumes his thoughts on the light armor left at the shed. After getting hit for the third time with the shiftry's leaf blade, Remmie's training has concluded. "57 parries. Pretty good young lad for someone who does not want to kill. Us three got somethin in common ya know. It is better to fight only when necessary." with the shiftry looking at Liz, he calls her attention. "You had obtained enough rest after that hyper beam ya used. It is time for your training to continue in self defense, not just offense. Just wait for us." with its attention back at Remmie's, "You have some wood at your hut, right? Let's get some." As Remmie and the shiftry head back to the wood shed, he sees Miles inside dropping pieces of metallic clothing. Close to him is Fang, Steven, and Infinity getting down from his back. "Hi there everyone. I hope your trip is ok. Uhhh, nice ... things by the way." giving his quick greetings, Remmie picks up 6 pieces of wood while the shiftry picks up 14 before everyone leaves the wood shed. With the 2 of them walking back to the outskirts of the village, the shiftry tells him, "Dang. All of that armor I just saw ... what had I gotten myself into you children? Let's just leave that be for now." after reaching the outskirts of the village, the shiftry sets up the pieces of wood in a circle. "Little ralts. I know that you two never seek fights. However, there is one thing that I can help you two with: self-defense. You do not always need to fight all the time ... like your other pals in your home. Look above behind us." pointing to Miles high in the sky tossing Jin somewhere with Jolt close by to the scene. "Hence, you two must know that there are ways to end a scenario like that with little to no bloodshed. Now, resume the training. Here is what you had to do. Watch me. You little squirrel, throw a piece towards me." "Ok. I hope you won't get hurt." taking its command, he picks up a piece and tosses towards the shiftry. Just as the wood is about to hit him, the shiftry uses extrasensory on it and tosses it to the other side. "Wow! You can stop things like that?" "Of course. I'm certain you can do this little psychic type. Once you aster your psychic moves, you will have the ability to defend yourselves in a fight without bloodshed." with the shiftry outside of the circle, he points Liz to stand in the middle. "Show me your psychic powers by redirecting the pieces of wood that I'll be throwing at you. One at a time." the shiftry tosses the first piece of wood at a moderate pace towards Liz. =========================================================== Meanwhile at the invaded village: Just before the group is about to leave, a panting leavanny approaches Duo after officially killing Jin, "Thank you ... for saving our colony. We .. never wanted this to happen. But ... what is happening here? My family ... is moving out out of this ... looking for a friend that helped our children. I don't want them to have traumas of this place if we stay." giving Duo and the others rolls of string balls, the leavanny leaves them be. [Read more] |

"Got it Mister Shiftry." as the first leaf blades approaches him at a slow pace, he gets to parry the first 6 swings. "Good. You are doing good on that part. Some power has grown on that I can feel it. Your balance needs a bit of work. Let's see how long you can last." looking at Lizzie, the grass type tells her, "For now, just watch your brother if he is doing ok." "I am okay partner. Just make sure that I won't go too far." Remmie gives her a wink. With the focus returning to the shiftry, the next dozen leaf blades come to him at a slightly faster pace. [Read more] |
