Being brought up by a father who used to work for assassins, he was taught to despise and not trust the resistance. Now, he’s supposed to work with them. Looking at the rowdy lot, it seemed that what the assassins had taught him had not exactly been complete rubbish. In his pocket lay a packet of throwing cards, one of the 2 items he managed to get from his father before he was captured. The cards were made of thin steel, and he knew how to throw them with stunning accuracy. If anything happened, he could probably get there fast enough. For now, he’ll at least try to work with them.

But the problem with that is that’ll remove the use of the ever stones. My suggestion for this is a key item, that only affects the party, not every single Pokémon you have, this way, you won’t be spammed with notifs, everstones still have use, and the difficulty of design completion is maintained

Rey stood outsider the bar, not daring to go in. From the looks of it, they aren’t hostile assassins, but being his usual timid self, he couldn’t bring himself to enter. Finally, after persuading himself that the was nothing to be afraid of, Rey entered the bar. “Just... cola please” he muttered in a somewhat squeaky tone. Then, he sat in the corner and hoped no one noticed him.

hm… how about a key item, which affects the party, to make the pokemon not being able to evolve. It can be enabled and disabled, and will only work for the party, therefore everstones will still have it’s use

In order to save his father, he must now join the very organisation which his father tried to help destroy.
♡ - Personality: Usually timid, but will change depending on what power he got.
♡ - Alignment: Good
♡ - Power(s): Randomness: he basically gets a random power that ranges from weak - normal strength, no OP powers. His personality changes depending on what power he got. He has really, really bad luck, so he almost never gets anything good. He can’t have more than 1 power at a time, but can switch to another random one. If the power is from another person who existed before, he will gain the intelligence/ bravery of that person. His physical skills will also change accordingly
Manifest: Ingesting someone else’s dna will increase the chance of getting that person’s power on the next time he uses randomness. He can use this ability as up to 3 times a day, but cannot manifest the same person’s power more than once per day. Rey avoids using this as much as possible
♡ - Other Abilities: He has fast reflexes, but no hand to hand combat skill, so will try other less honorable tactics.

♡ - Other: Uhhh is the power too OP? I tried to make it quite weak
