Magma had heard the whole thing from Cath's thoughts. The idiot had forgotten to kick Magma out of her head. She was sooo not obsessed with Cath. But it amused her that Cath thought of herself as evil. Magma seemed like a clueless 'flamehead' to her. Exactly what she was aming for. The real magma might not have been evil, but Catherine certainly was. Pink hair and a white dress. Innocence! No one would ever suspect what she was really going to do.

Catherine wasn't Magma's little sister, she was Magma's TWIN. And yet they were opposites. Catherine had long, purple hair and always wore tight black dresses. Magma was the opposite. Catherine had a plan. She was going to enroll, as HERSELF.

She shifted into her real form, and went to the headmistress's office.

"Actually nothing!!!!!" Magma replied with a shrug. She flopped down on Cath's bed. "Ya need to stop thinking that everyone's out to get you. I can ASSURE you, no one in the school is plotting against you. Jeez!" she lectured, "And you need to feel emotion! you're missing out on feelings! Happieness! Exitement! Love, even! Wanna know why I really came in here? To get you to feel something. Annoyed is still an emotion!" She smiled. Then her face turned serious. "And plus, you can't expect shy, ayran-obsessed Fyvern Princes to hop to the throne! She's scared, Cath. You'd know if you felt stuff."

Magma had usd to think that the dead-inside look of Cath was because she had lost someone. And it wasn't entirely wrong. Cath had lost her emotions...if she ever even had any. Magma felt bad for Cath. She was missing out. Magma felt that annoying her enough would at least get her to feel anger. It would be progress.

Magma pushed the door open and waltzed into Cath's dorm. "OOH, that's pretty!" she said, refering to the enchantment on the ceiling. Magma's hair turned long and pink, but this time, nothing else changed. Catherine was pretty much Magma now. Anyway, Catherine added some pretty pink and whte stardust to the image. Illusion-that was another one of her powers. She didn't actually skip a month when she was arguing with the headmistress. It was an illusion. Cathering switched back to Magma. "Ya like it?" she asked.

Magma went outside to watch the fireworks. They were very bright and colorfull...definitely NOT Cath's kind of thing. She enjojed the beauty for a few minutes, before going back inside. She was going to make Cath a firework show herself. From what she found, digging around Cath's head, She really liked books.

Wait... I'm not gonna make her a book firework show...That's dumb. Whatever, Cath probably doen't like fireworks anyway.

Magma just gave up on the idea of trying to impress Cath, for now. And plus, Cath was going to go on a mission tomorrow anyway. They'd have no time to talk.

What is up with that smart**s girl Cath? She's COLD...and kinda emotionless...That could change though...that could change... And why does she think I'm obsessed with her? I'm NOT. She just happens to be the most interesting thing at this school, that's all. Speaking of interesting things... THE RANKINGS!!!

Magma storms back to the Headmistress' office. This time, she's in there.
I'm going to blow that b*ch's head off, She thinks, as she shifts into Catherine, her original form.

Magma went outside to train. She found a spot in the forest with big trees yet no grass, and a single marigold in the center. Her theories had been proven. Catherine took form and reestablished the barrier around the clearing, that her mother originally made.
If I'm going to kill Melvin, I'm going to need Catherine's full strength.
She lit a pink fire and lit the marigold on fire. The marigold turned white as Cathy picked it up. She counted the petals before picking one and eating it.
Really Mom? Mango flavored?
The trees around Catherine slowly disintegrated. This was what made CathyCat, as Maggie used to call her, a light magician. The power of life.

Cat concluded that Cath was not the dark magic half of her soul, and that indeed Magma was, and that was why she could harness Magma's powers.
