Do you know how to get more explorer bags?

Okay, I found something on Pokemon Heroes Wiki,
Apparently, you can get a total of 6 explorer bags. These Items cannot be Brought or Sold as they are Kye Items for Quests.
1 - Complete Tutorial
2 & 3 - Finish Gym Badges Set 1 & 2
3 - Randomly Found in Rumbling, not sure when or how tho. (Drop Rate isn't mentioned).

Update: You can click on the ??????? ??? ????? ?? ????? to reveal the conditions for obtaining the badge.

Hold on, I couldn't get the format on last time (for some reason, now there's an empty chunk in my post.
put - widget=inter in [], then add your pokemon id (found in your pokemon Id within link under pokemon details in party)
