hello! i'm not sure if anyone else has discussed this yet, but i can't find anything about it, so i figure it's worth mentioning.
i don't know exactly how to describe what's happening, but the basics is i fill my party with lab eggs, go offline, and then come back to see one or two have hatched.. while the others are gone completely.

i know this isn't because i just didn't adopt a full party, because i always confirm my party is full before going offline.
is there something i'm triggering? it's not too big of a deal at the moment, since i'm not currently hunting anything or looking for anything specific, but it's getting a little annoying, since it keeps happening. :(

extra note: i have yet to have this happen with daycare/event/other eggs.

There's nothing that i can think of that would make your eggs/pokemon disappear just like that. My closest guess would be that your account has been hacked and/or someone is logging in while you are offline.

Try to check if theres new Pokemon in your boxes when the eggs from your party go missing. And also check your Bank if there's transaction from Pokemon sold at the auction house. I don't think that there's a history of trades from GTS (except for wondertrade). Oh, and check the recovery Tool if someone released Pokemon that you didnt release
