Eventually, they came upon Mt. Coronet, just as the sun was setting. Lace called Rend back, as Whorl was rested enough now to fly on his own. She gestured for him to aim his trajectory upwards, as she was aware that Spear Pillar was atop the mountain. If she concentrated hard enough, it seemed that she could see the spikes of the various different pillars.
Shroud was tracking the progress of her team, and could see that they were growing close to the mountain. Calling Shinobu once more, she instructed, "Remember, don't be seen. Don't worry about observing them, I sent cameras on ahead of you. Await further orders at the base of Mt. Coronet." Thus far, all seemed to be going well. Methodical, systematic, flawless. Just as it should be.
Bella was surprised when she noticed a mysterious glow surrounding the Drifblim she was riding. Looking behind her she saw that the girl on her Noivern had a Meowstic out, who was using Psychic to help the Drifblim and the Noivern. Seeing that made Bella wonder how strong that meowstic was, using Psychic on two Pokemon...
Sizune's own path was much easier, as she was numb to all things, including harsh temperatures. With Mimyku in it's Pokeball, and Mr. Mime riding piggyback, Banette wrapped Sizune's arms around its own, traveling silently through the air, a bit closer to the ground. Once they reached the base, Banette lowered her to the ground, before returning to eerily circling her head. Mr. Mime hopped to the ground, watching her with wide unblinking eyes and flicking its fingers as it moved its hands. Sizune stared at Shinobu as well with an unsettling stare, seeming to be waiting.
Viola smiled, turning to the others "Come on! I think we're almost there!"
Viola hopped off Twilight, followed by a still angry Psybee. The sudden drop had definitely scared him too much, since he was now kicking small boulders around in anger. "Alright, here's a berry" she handed the Meowstic a razz berry in a attempt to calm him down. Thankfully he took it and bit into the juicy, pink berry.
Bella got off and gently stroked the Drifblim "hey that was fun don't you think?" She asked the ghost Pokemon.
Viola had called out Brayon to ride, seeing as he was the stamina Pokemon and could carry her and Psybee. She gestured for the others to follow her. By now her excitement about the whole situation was growing and she couldn't contain it.
As the group climbed the stairs leading to the formation of pillars, a strange aura suddenly filled the air, not entirely unpleasant. The girl felt as if the hair on the back of her neck was standing straight up. Nothing was visibly off, but all the same, she wrapped her hands around herself, a bit unsettled. However, as they walked further in to the circle of pillars, nothing occurred. Lace furrowed her brow, glancing at the others to see what they thought.
Shroud frowned as she zoomed in on the trainers through her drone. One of them, a teenage girl with messy auburn hair dressed in various shades of blue and silver, tugged at something in the woman's memory. However, unable to raise anything at the moment, she pushed the feeling aside, instead retracting the drone's zoom to survey the entire site, hitting record on her computer. Whatever happened next, she wanted to be able to study it.
Ambrosia sighed, before running around and occasionally yelling "Hey Mew! What do we do?! Give us instructions!" To others, she looked like some child trying to get the attention of a parent who is on the phone
Sizune tapped her foot rythmitaclly. Mr. Mime was making her shoulders shake in spams, and her knees buckled. Her head pitching forward, with wide eyes she said to Shinobu in her naturally hoarse voice, "Power is moving, it droves does it go. We move now, and our defense against their goodness comes in tow."
