Nora finds a seat for her and for Ivy. She sits down, looking agitated.



Unfortunately for Stardust, the sea had other plans. A huge figure arises from the deep and throws him back onto the shore. His boat is obliterated.

Jack arrives at his house with Shifty, Scrafty, and some other Pokemon already in his room. Scrafty greets them and sits on Jack's bookshelf

Ivy sat down and looked at Nora, who looked a little annoyed. She shook it off and heard a roar of thunder. It seemed to get colder. She zipped up her hoodie.
"Is it about to rain? Cause I hear thunder," Ivy said worriedly. Her instinct was telling her something's not right.

Stardust coughs up seawater and looks at his broken boat and shrugs.
"whelp, i guess THAT just happened." stardust says, looking somber.
he sits on the shores and looks at the storm longingly.

The storm is still far away, it can't harm the correnians yet.



Nora shook her head. "Thunder is traditional, on Coren for ceremony's." she answers.

"Oh okay," she said, feeling a little relaxed about Nora's answer. She calmed herself down.
'Stop worrying, everything will be fine. They seem to be used to it so it can't be bad right?' she thought to herself.

Ivy looked at the newcomer. She shrugged.
"Nothing much, we were just sitting down I guess," she answered. She put her hands in her pocket casually. The thunder was still booming and a worried feeling soon poked at her again.

Stardust sits down and brushes his soaked, blue
hair out of his face. most people are looking at him,
murmuring about what he was doing that got him
soaked in seawater. he shivers and coughs up
more water. he sits alone in the ceremony temple,
as he really doesn't like talking to people.

While waiting, Ivy started to get bored. She sneaked a mint gum into her mouth and chewed on it. Hopefully eating was allowed here because chewing it made her feel less nervous about the booming thunder. She scanned around the temple while admiring the pictures of carved beast and intrigue designs. While scanning, her eyes caught the boy she had met at the library again. He was sopping wet from head to foot and had a little bruise on his face and knee. He was sitting all alone. Ivy felt bad for him.
"What happened to him?" she wondered.

The ceremony began. The lights of the street slowly began to dim. One of the leaders of the correnian people stood up. He began explaining to everyone why they do ceremonies. The thunder cracked in the distance. The waves were kicking up.
