"Mkay," she said. "I'll be at taking my time looking at stuff. See you later," she said as she walked away from Nora towards the stall. Two reasons, she needed to calm herself down...
And if she ever gets out of here, it would be rude to not bring back souvenirs for her family, if there was any.

Ivy let out a chuckle. "Thought so," she said. She continued to wander around then it just hit her.
"Oh wait I forgot to call mom. She's probably worried," she said to herself. But she knew there was probably no reception on the island. She took her phone out anyways and put on her earphones. "Oh well, at least music helps," she said as she went to check a stall selling rare looking stones.

Ivy lost her cool at this point. She turned back and faced the person and glared at the person as if challenging them. “Did I say I was going to buy it?” She growled, her anger burning in her voice.

“I’ve seen a lot of sparkly and shiny things around here. I’m not a fool to waste my money on stuff that wouldn’t really benefit me,” she answered back, crossing her arms. Blizzard growled in her grasp.

Ivy stood her ground. “Are you seriously going to ask for a battle in a crowded place like this? Also, I feel bad for your Pokemon for being trapped in a Pokeball,” she said. She knew Emolga was weak to Ice but that was in her home. Who knows what type this one would be? Blizzard was already totally different from a normal Rockruff at her region.

Ivy knew it. The Pokemon here were way different than the ones she had at home. Surprisingly, Blizzard let out a loud angry bark and growled defensively. She knew that his type wouldn’t be really effective but the Pokemon’s determination moved her. She’s seen what he could do and her brother taught her battles are not won by type alone. She looked at Blizzard. “Are you sure?” She asked him. She might not have the guts but she has a protective and caring heart.

She glared at the person. “Busy body, I was asking him not you. You Correnians were never taught manners were you?” She spat. She saw Nora in her peripheral vision, approaching them. She had probably started a commotion here.

"Thistle, shut it!" Nora cried. "No why don't you sis." Thistle snapped. Nora just sighed and stepped back, giving Ivy a welp-your-on-your-own-I-tried kind of looks.

Ivy rolled her eyes. She knew Nora wouldn’t help her anyways. Well, it was better worth a try. Though she wished that she would just do hand to hand combat. But she remembered the girl in the caves and she knew that there were other better people than her and this Thistle stick could be one of them. She let Blizzard down. “Just do your best,” she said. “And don’t take it too seriously,” she told it. She would take him back if it seems to get too out of hand.

That’s it. She wasn’t going to hurt her Pokemon anymore and she had enough of this stupidity. She scooped up Blizzard and stormed away. “Watashi wa anata o shutoku shimasu” she muttered under her breath. She walked so far away from Nora until she reached the beach. She let out a sigh and treated her Pokemon’s wounds. “I’m sorry I made you go through all of that,” she apologised. She felt the sting of loss but to her Blizzard’s health meant more than anything. She finished wrapping him up and gave him another treat. “You deserve better,” she whispered to herself.

Ivy strolled along the beach and played with the water. She carried the Rockruff in her hands. She stroked him feeling the waves of guilt rush over her again and again. She sat at the water’s edge looking into the reflection. She saw her scarred face and smiled sadly. “I miss home,” she thought. She got up then walked to the alleyways where she met that little girl. The one who said she was protected by the stars. She sighed and sat down, holding her Rockruff close to her. “You probably hate me do you?” She asked him.
