A wave appears out of nowhere, heading towards Ivy. She has no choice but to duck. The girl gets dislodged from her grip. A sudden howl erupts out of no where. A correnian rockruff, blue, and pink, leaps in front of Ivy.

"Huh?" she looked at the Rockruff. She panicked when the she lost grip on the little girl. She looked around.
"Where is she?" she looked at the Pokemon. "Have you seen the girl?" she asked it.

She held the Rockruff back. "I'm not so sure you'll be good against that guy," she said. She looked at it closely. "What type are you though?" she asked it. Normally, they would be brown but this one was blue and pink. Was it a shiny? It didn't matter. She looked around for the girl.

The girl screamed something to Ivy. "It chose you, fight with it! Its an ice and dark type!"

Ivy looked at the girl. She knew the only way out of this was to fight. She looked determinedly at the Rockruff. She knew that Ice wouldn't be that effective but that's all good enough. "Show me what you've got," she said to it.

It howled and used a form of rock throw, sharp ice crystals peiced the larger pokemon's skin.

It howled again, its howl seemed to freeze the tidal wave solid, making it a sculpture of cold ice.

Ivy sighed in relief. The Pokemon still looked strong though. She took out a Leppa Berry. "Here," she said feeding it. Thankfully she brought a bunch of berries in her bag. "Now give me your best move!" she said to it.

It let out a long drawn out howl. It made a huge snowstorm above its head and attacked, the larger pokemon fled.

Ivy smiled at the Pokemon. "I'm impressed!" she said lifting it into her arms and patting it. She was surprised that the tiny, cute, fluffy Pokemon could make a large-sized one fled. She carried it along and helped the girl up.
"You okay? I think we should get you back to your parents," she said as she guided her back to where they came from.

The girl looked up at her, with eyes that weren't hers. When she spoke, the voice wasn't hers either. "Beware for even Ivy's thick roots can be strangled by Holly." the girl passes out. The rockruff pulled on Ivy's pant leg, trying to get her to move.

"What the-" she said. The girl's message was freaking her out. She looked down at the Rockruff. "We should better get back to Nora," she told it. "Also are you a boy or a girl?" she asked it. If no one owned it, she wanted to keep it. She walked along, carrying the fainted girl in her arms.

Ivy felt a little worried to leave the little girl there. "Let's at least get her to her family?" she asked the Rockruff. "Besides, I've got you and a penknife stowed in my bag. We'll be fine," she added.

"Huh?!" she said as the body disappeared. She looked at the sky where the glowing particles faded out. She felt a little pained but she strengthens her emotions. She kneeled down at the Rockruff. "Do you know her?" she asked.
