Mira kept muttering the countdown, preparing Petal Blizzard to go both around her and up in the sky. She sighed to herself, hoping nothing goes wrong with the little performance.

Once the count reached 0, Chiaki deftly grabbed a mallet with her mouth and swung around to strike the bell. When the bell was hit, there were fireworks in the sky, and Chiaki gently put down the mallet and bowed. “Thank you everyone! Now....it’s time to let the music properly begin!” The area was soon filled with dance music. It was an odd choice of music (Music’s something like J-pop/Eurobeat) but it still inspired you to dance

Chiaki breathed a sigh of relief and started slowly making her way through the crowd

Mira then started using Petal Blizzard and danced with the move. She sang along with whatever song was playing while the petals flew around her and in the air.

Shard heard the music but didn't want to dance so instead he walks off somewhere to watch the other pokemon dance.

Hannah looked up at the fireworks and her eyes started to sparkle then she heard the music and decided to dance.

Snowflake wasn't really much of a dancer, as she had only ever been graceful in the water, but she let her fins bounce to the beat of the music a bit as it played. She watched the leafeon get closer to her and shied away. She was never a very talkative individual, and she was more comfortable talking to someone when she was familiar with the partner and topic of conversation, so she tried not to meet anyone's gaze as she made her way through the crowd

Mira then moved the Petal Blizzard so they moved by the other pokemon. She kept singing and dancing, some of the petals almost dancing around her.

She had made it just in time for the countdown to end. She couldn’t care less about a countdown, but she was pretty bored and this was the best thing to do today. Once the music started to play, she sighed, not really interested in the music. She preferred classical music, which was unusual for her personality.

Chiaki had noticed the Vaporeon duck away. “Hm? There’s no need to be shy! Come on and join in with everyone else!” She said cheerfully as she slowly walked to her.

The party was definitely in full swing now, and you could see many pokemon dancing. Some were also eating and drinking and watching the spectacle unfold

Shard layed down and watched. He always didnt like to talk to other pokemon so he would just not talk to them or butt in on the conversation.

Hannah started to dance, she started doing spins and twirls. She never danced for a long time so she thought that how was the perfect time.

Mira noticed some pokemon came to watch her little Petal Blizzard and dance performance. She heard them cheering, which made her really happy. The petals kept floating past the pokemon while she kept dancing.

Kamakura sat down alone a bit further away from the commotion. She didn’t really like loud noises since she couldn’t hear herself think. She hoped no one would notice her or come talk to her, it would just make her night less enjoyable. She noticed a petal blizzard flying around and smirked, knowing something fun she could do. She used blizzard and covered the leaves to make pretty and beautiful ice shards. The light reflected off of them in a way to make a small disco. Mira could still easily control the blizzard, but she just added a nice effect

Snowflake's ears flattened, and she remained silent, as no words came off her tongue. She noticed the Leafeon decorated with flowers was coming toward her, and of course she stiffened up in her awkward shy way when someone did that. She had the courtesy to turn toward Chiaki as she approached, but felt awkward as hell when she had absolutely nothing to say to the stunning creature.

Mira noticed the ice shards and smiled. She was glad someone helped a little with the petals. The Pokemon around noticed and gazed in amazement. Mira kept dancing, the petals slightly following her movements.

“Come now...It’s alright.” She said with a gentle tone. “If you’re welcoming the new year, it’s best to welcome with energy right?” She winked. “Though there are places you can go if you’re not fond of crowds...I’d recommend near the nearest hot springs.” She smiled and turned around to go and greet everyone else, who definitely accepted her as the new leader. She would watch Mira’s performance while doing so

She yawned and laid down, getting ready to take a nap. She had already used too much energy running, so she needed a small break. She didn’t really care if she had drawn a bit of attention to herself for covering the leaves in ice, at least it gave her something to do. She looked up at the dark sky and smiled, remembering how different it was here.

Mira then started singing again, still doing her performance. She was having a lot of fun, not even really feeling tired. The Florges noticed Chiaki and grinned, still singing and dancing, the petals following her movements.

Shard kept his eyes closed and his ears lowered so that nobody would notice him. He would think that other pokemon would thought him as the weird pokemon who doesn't have any friends or anyone to talk to.

Hannah just continued to dance happily but was feeling a little down since nobody came over to her and have a talk with her.

Glitters was dancing in the sky, flying from left to right, and doing all kinds of celebratory movements. She used Brave Bird and soared incredibly fast across the sky for a few moments. "WOOHOO!"

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.
