Speed Click Event V7 [New System!]
Forum-Index → News → Speed Click Event V7 [New System!]A lesson for a next event i would say, and stating that a ammount of players should quit with event ... not a statement that is popular
Hoarding:

However, I cannot know how the site behaves when all users are interacting at the same time. I can do calculations, testing, and even more calculations - but in reality it's all about testing with real site traffic.
So basically, the current event is for testing purposes. And after this event finishes, I'm evaluating the server lag and improving the site again. And then we might have a similar event in the future and so on.
Such an Event wouldn't have been possible in the past - but we've had enough smaller events in the past that allowed me to reduce the lag. And still, it hasn't been enough (or simply the userbase grew too fast), but - and keep that in mind please - I'm non-stop improving and working for this site.
I don't expect you to understood that but in my everyday business i face criticism wich i take as a good motivation to develop myself and my business way better. Im glad if some one point to my issues or - i got and i always try to deal with it.
Maybe those who think im rude should read example for being rude and then think a bit to your on replies.
"Telling that Riako is pathetic, childish kid who has done nothing here and only brought more issues". That would be rude and lies about him and his work.
Once again, be objective.
Please don't insult other members. You should respect other user's opinion just as you want them to respect yours ;) ~ Riako
(Harsh statement removed)
You're mostly complaining about the lags, which is a true and obvious fact. Those are horrible and I can totally understand that people get mad.
But you're stating that I'm doing nothing to reduce the lag.
But please read my previous post in this thread, I'm explaining my work for this site very detailed and I'm pointing out the reasons why I simply can't predict any possible lags.
The SCE was worth a try - it could have been lots of fun. And it is only three hours of PokéHeroes' life :b
Just do something different in the meantime, if you don't like the lag, or try to deal with it.
I'm sad, too, that this event didn't work out well. But, like I said, worth a try.
[i]"Shinah. It means
This is much better than the last time I was part of a SCE, where I got only 100 interactions in the time span. (~100 in 15 minutes vs ~250 in 15 minutes. Twice the amount as last time)
Good luck to those still clicking, and keep up the good work with the lag, Riako.
