The licker leaps, but due to its lost foot, the bullet goes through it’s skull, and it lands dead several feet away

Chloe was frozen on shock then slowly walked and kicked the licker. Well more of a nudge than a kick. She walked backwards, her eyes still wide in terror. Chloe seemed lost for words.
