She passed out the capes. Hers fit over her tunic comfortably, not dragging when she walked. She helped Blair and Max with theirs as well.

Vivienne looked regal in her cape, the netted sleeves of her tunic showing the bone of her arm. The amulet around her neck disguised the cord that kept her cape there, making it seem like part of her tunic.
