matthew grumbled and perked up out of his nap, just as he heard something outside of his castle.
he rolled over and gave a wave of his hand as a couple of large creature's with wing's appeared outside, ready to block anyway of them entering the castle.

the shadow creature's soon enough reformed and reached toward king and the other's, then grabbed them before they tossed them away from the castle.
the door slowly formed it's way back up to it's original state and shifted from shadow back to obsidian, gleaming in the fairly faint glow of the glowing mushrooms that grew around the large cavern.
''what do you idiots want?!'' yelled matthew's voice coming from one of the creature's deformed muzzles.
