Jack looked at the other wolf, Amy she called herself. Jack
withdrew his scythe, stepping towards Amy. He raised it above his
head, a calculating look in his silvery, shark-like eyes.
"Thank you. I'll try my best to be a good friend" Sanha slightly
bowed his head again. He was still smiling, looking more relaxed.
He felt like this is a good place where he should go back to
focusing on the teacher and doing his work. He hoped he would get a
chance to play his guitar at one point.
His ears twitched and he looked to the back of the cave. He heard
Amy... And she seemed like she needed the help. He could deal with
Jack later. Right now, Amy was top priority. He went to the back of
the cave and carefully tried to move the rocks without hurting her.
If he wasn't careful enough, he could end up hurting himself, but
I'm sure he would be okay. He was tough, anyhow. Tough to a fault,
at least. He looked back at Jack and growled loudly, standing to
where he wouldn't be able to get Amy. He would tackle him if he
must.
He chuckled again. "You will be a good friend, don't worry about
it. I need some friends anyhow and just need to relax." Mark told
him. He went back to doing his own work while smiling.
Jake was ready for whatever was going to happen... And he didn't
expect what he got. He sliced the rocks to help Amy get out.
That... Was nice of him. For a moment... He though it was going to
be worse.
Bella glared at him fakely. She felt her stomach twist for a
moment, and she her ears ringed. Shoot, another attack. She
blinked, and looked at him. "Ah, I gotta go..." She said softly,
her voice shaking. She scrambled away, and leaned against the wall
in the empty hallway... Or what she thought was empty. She looked
up as a noise was heard behind her, and turned. She took in a sharp
breath. An... Indescribable beast stood before her. She quivered,
staring at its long claws. She backed up, into the wall. She cursed
herself for being so dumb. She stared at it, and let out a soft
yell when it pounced onto her.
Amy jumped into Jake's arms hiding into his chest. She didn't want
to see Jack she hoped hiding would keep her from sight.
(Are you wanting Winston to come help her?)
Jake blinked and kept her close to him. He gave her a little nuzzle
and moved to just lean against the cave wall. He closed his eyes
and made sure she was in a safe embrace.
Jack allowed the 'nice' voice to take over for a second while he
though. "I am so sorry for the way I have been acting lately. Could
we be friends?" Jack got back into control as that last sentence
left his own lips. He was very surprised that something like that
could come from something in his mind. He would have to keep a
close watch over this new voice. He would also have to name it.
Something... Innocent.
Amy still shaking violently from her fear refused to give Jack an
answer she didn't want to. All she wanted was to be in the safe
place she was in. She started to calm down as she was held close.
She felt safe and secure.
Bella whined and whimpered as the beast tore at her, ripping of a
chunk of her left arm and leaving long scratches along her pale
cheek. She felt her wing being torn at, and screamed a bit as she
heard it crack. Pain waved throughout her whole body.
Hellia blinked a bit at the scream. What the heck? She looked
around, confused and minorly scared.
In a blink of an eye and a flash of blackish purple Winston had
grabbed the creature by the neck and held him against the wall
making a dent in the cement wall. Winston folded his wings still
holding the beast. "Can you stand Bella." Winston said calmly in
his distorted demonic tone.
(Would it be bad to have a teacher student romance because I'm not
100% sure if we even thought of that being a rule if not allowed or
something)
Bella was shaking, and tears were streaming down her pale cheeks.
She yelped in pain as a tear got into the cut, making her cut sting
more. She looked at her leg, and noticed a big gap missing from her
thigh and her calf. She tried to move them, but tossed back her
head and cried out a bit in pain and frustration. She shook her
head, sobbing. Blood from her wounds flowed, getting on the
tile.
Students had sprinted from their rooms, gathering around the scene.
Jake opened one eye and looked up at Jack. Like a sort of, 'Give
her some time.' look. She needed to just relax, and maybe the two
could go out later and hunt for something. That sounded like a good
plan.
(Also could I drop Victoria and make a new character in a few
minutes I got a better story idea that just hit me this morning and
I would like to use it better since it has a more clearer
background than what I have for Victoria)
Winston saw how this wasn't going to work, and sighed. He looked
into the eyes of the beast, and said something in a different
tongue before the beast slumped down to the ground. He looked at
the other students. "Give her some space, and go back to your
classrooms as far as I have heard of I don't think class is over
yet." He gently scooped Bella up, and looked her over. "Try to hold
on with your good arm as best as you can. I will try not to hit
your wounds." He said softly holding Bella princess style so he
could elevate her legs to slow blood flow. He expanded his bat like
wings, and took flight in the hall way trying to keep hold of Bella
as he took her to the infirmary.
Amy calmed down enough to look at Jack she wasn't sure of him, and
looked up for Jake to see if he really did trust him. Jack just
didn't seem right to her, and she wasn't sure what to do. She
didn't know why she depended on Jake so much, but all of a sudden
he was the center of her world.
Jack heard a distant scream. Suddenly, the old Jack was back. He
grinned, sprinting towards the direction it had come from. This
would be very interesting, especially if he could have some
information from it.
Bella sobbed, holding her arm. She was shaking, and her hair flowed
as they flew. She bit her lip, squirming in pain. She hissed in
frustration at herself.
Jack arrived just in time to see the creature of interest get flown
away. Jack kept pace below it, hiding from the flowing figure. The
creature that had caused this was lying on the ground, so Jack
would analyze it later. For now, he wanted to get a closer look at
the creature that was injured. A droplet of blood fell onto his
nose, sliding slowly into his mouth. Jack shuddered at the taste.
But he mustn't let himself get bloodthirsty. The last time that had
happened, it was called the Black Plague.
