I thought that maybe there could be a new type of bait which could selectively catch the pokemon we choose.of course it will be more dificult to get them out of the water.
what do you think?

Exactly which kind of baits? Would you like to explain their use a bit further, as it is going to influence the Ph economy by a big way by changing the rarities of the Pokemon.

a selective bait
when choosing to fish with this bait you will have a greater chance of getting a pokemon you chose, like with the shiny bait you get a higher chance of getting a shiny

So, you select the bait, and then you choose which Pokemon to have a higher chance of getting? That's a little too much in my opinion. It'd make obtaining the various rods much easier, and I believe that the level of difficulty needed for each rod is at a good level. This also includes items; specifically things like the black box and mega stones. The beach helps so that it isn't too hard to get these items, but it's still a challenge, and I feel like this bait would remove much of the challenge.
