When you wish upon a star, your dreams don't ever come true, right? Well, it isn't the case here. Pokemons' dreams are coming true and it's unexplainable. You haven't wished on a star, and your goal is to find out why this is happening. Because due to the wishes...bad things are happening.
Setting: All characters live in or near a dense forest with sheer cliffs on the Northwest edge that lead down to a beach and ocean. The Southernmost part of the forest leads to the mountains while the Eastern part leads to a moor. The forest is about ten to twenty acres large, with the cliffs being about one hundred feet high.

Illiterate/Basic RP doesn't mean having the whole RP as one-liners
is okay. Try to use more than one line.
-This is a Pokemon RP, not a trainer/gijinka/other species RP.
-No Legendaries. Ask about Shinies and Mega Evolving.
-No Mary Sues/Gary Stus, God-modding, OP characters, or bunnying.
-Characters can have up to five, non-OP special powers.
-Non-shiny Pokemon that look different are allowed, but I'd want to not have the entire RP made up of them.

Pokemon Species: Vaporeon
Appearance: A normal Vaporeon, if not taller than average. He has lean muscles that help him with getting through water with ease. He has no accessories whatsoever, but he does have a slightly ripped mane/frill.
Special Powers: Besides the natural water-type ability to breathe underwater, he is extremely fast whether on land or in the water.
Other: Splash is relatively peaceful, and could care less about the wishes.

Special Powers:
1) Advanced senses-Can hear and smell twice as good as most pokemon but lacks the ability to see.
2) Combination attacks-Can combine two attacks. This makes them stronger and they can be two types, but it has lower accuracy. does damage to the user, and takes up lots of energy.
3) Wall bounce attack- His attacks can bounce off walls but the attack loses 10% power for each wall it bounces off. If it hits a tenth wall, it is stopped.
Other: Ricky suffers from low confidence and stutters often and sometimes loses the word he wants to say. He gets frustrated if nobody can understand him. If asked "what's wrong?" he'll reply in a shout of rage, "I'm broken!" He cares for most and finds it hard to consider someone truly evil. He wishes to one day battle all the legendary pokemon.

The pale bluish grey and pink Litten plucked a berry from the bush and wolfed it down, trotting off to his den to sleep. He was always tired. He couldn't help it, he just never slept enough.

He jinxed himself. He tripped and then started rolling down the mountain. he was scratching himself against rocks and he rolled into the dirt. Fortunately it was a twenty foot roll, but it still hurt.

William was running through a dense forest, the wind roaring in his ears. He was tracking an Espeon, following it's scent. He picked up his pace, gaining speed on the Psychic pokemon. He then leapt on top of it. "Where is it?" he asked. "I-I don't know, please don't hurt me!" she stuttered. William let go of the Espeon and it ran away. "So much for that.." he muttered under his breath, a low growl rumbling in his throat. He was quite frustrated he didn't find any leads. If only I had some help.. he thought, looking up at the sky.
His stomach rumbled, he was hungry. It only made sense, he'd been chasing that Espeon for quite a while. He sniffed the air, nothing. William moved along. On his way he spotted a bush of Oran Berries. Perfect. He walked towards it and plucked two decently sized berries off the bush and sat down. He bit one in half, savoring the taste. After he swallowed he finished the rest of the first berry. Now onto the second one. He ate that one as well. "That should last me a while." he muttered.

"Hiya," he commented in boredom. "I'm Splash. 'Bout you? What's your name?" He stopped paddling and set his paws in place, remembering that he could stand in the water because he was tall enough.
