-Riako stated you need proof you claimed the prize. IE a screenshot
Okay, so I'm just checking my advent, and I've gotten all the gifts so far, but it says I only have 3/24 doors successfully opened
When I click on doors 2, 3, and 4, it says:
But when I click on day 1 (the day that was buggy) it says:
Now, I know for a fact that I got the reward, because I know all the rewards I have received (I'm keeping track like a nerd ok)
Day 1: Fire Stone
Day 2: 10x Fairy Gems
Day 3: 20 DP
Day 4: Light Blue Box

I'm bringing this to attention because it might affect other users who may not be on for a couple days, but also because....it is really BUGGING me

Seems to think I didn't get the first day when I did.
Possible causes:
I deleted the feed after claiming my prize?

I deleted my feed as well, and my calendar is still saying 5/24 doors opened.

The other stuff I did:
I made the hashtag before the door was fixed I think, since a few people had a moment of the door not being broken or something, and saw what we had to hashtag
plus it was a nice hashtag, if not my thing :P

But I asked my brother. He opened it before and after fixed too and he has now 5/24 opened doors

It could be the reason it's not bugged for your brother; if you only posted the hashtag 'in preparation', and your brother was one of the users who quickly got a peek/claimed it before it broke, it would explain why it's not bugged for your brother.

Click on it to get confirmation:
"You have already received this prize" => was successfully registered
"This door has already been opened" => you didn't complete the task/didn't open the door in time
