Really like the first point. But I mostly support because of the second point.
I think it would be useful in those times when you accidentally put an extra diget when you are bidding on an auction.

This would be so helpful to me right now, as I'm doing a giveaway in which people donate the prizes and I have to question everything that I do so that I don't end up using or selling the giveaway prizes. This might get slightly confused when the current bank is used to find out what you have spent your money on. Maybe if we changed the name of the current bank to avoid confusion? I'm just throwing ideas out there.

Gonna give this a bump!

So for all those “oi private trades exist why not use that” people, with riako’s update not too long ago, you will now get a notification when you get a private trade. I can’t remember how many times I check my notifs and think, “oh? a private trade?” Only to realize its my own trade. Same thing for gifts

I particularly like the clan thing, not sure how it’ll work, but I like it already.

I would like to change my original statement, as by now there are a lot more things that need PD (far more than back in the beginning), so I would love to have a place where I can (at least) store some PD without accidentally spending them. If the deposits could be named, that would be awesome.

I would love to see this implanted, I took a 4 year break and now I’m trying to save up and get everything that I need but it can be expensive. I would love to be able to set aside money/items to help me reach my goals, it’s something that I do IRL too

Would definitely support it. I used up so much PD on auction house and can’t save up for Pokéradar. This would definitely help everyone!

I think it's a good idea to have them.
Also, the bank could have an interest system like neopets, where you get 12% a year, but you need to withdraw them everyday to get the whole 12%.

It isn't that high as you need to have 300m in your bank to withdraw 100k daily and 300m is hard to collect for almost everyone.

I wouldn't use the savings but coz I private trade myself the items I try to save up. Its easier that way.

I have like 500k and 10k gems stored in my private trades so I sont accidentally use any

I'm still waiting for the bank system. Trading with yourself makes losing some of your money(i'm bad at math as well) and with the bank you won't. (hopefully)

How does trading with yourself cause you to lose money? The taxes are also returned if you cancel the trade if/when you need the money.

It doesn't. Just calculate how much it totals with be coz you can see the tax on the bottom of the acrual thing you're sending yourself to.

@AlienSnowflake - I did a quick test so I could show you sceenshot proof. This is from Emera Bank.
I sent 100 PD as a gift to myself, so it deducted 105 PD.
I cancelled the gift, so I got back the 100 PD + the 5 PD tax. Tax is only paid with a successful trade/gift, not with cancelled ones.



Small edit to clarify it's impossible to lose PD by trading/gifting to yourself, because you can only Cancel those trades/gifts, not accept them. You cannot have a succesful trade/gift with/to yourself.

I would actually really like the bank feature idea, it can help a lot of people save Pokecoins more effectively and let them buy the things that they want more often! I struggle with saving because of temptations at the auction house, so a bank feature to store away pokecoins would help!

I used to put my money in private trades as gifts to myself so I wouldn't spend it all, but now that the GTS had an update where trades would be cancelled after a month, I've stopped doing that method. I love this and i hope the bank or a similar system gets added.
