My husband and I both have accounts here, and have found for months and months that if we are both on the same wifi, our mobile devices glitch up quite a bit. As in the page refuses to even open, and I get an error script message. We have attempted this on multiple high speed connections. Other sites and apps continue to work. It is only a problem with pokeheroes. Only on our cell phones. And only while sharing wifi. 100% not an Internet issue. Maybe some kind of setting? Idk, the husband works for a cell phone store and can't find anything that would point to that. It's getting quite out of hand that only one of us can be on the site at a time, or else switch to a computer. Help please, someone on admin???

It simply tells me I am not connected to the server and gives me troubleshooting options. "Can not display webpage". It is ONLY on this site, as all other applications and Internet tabs work. And only when we are both using Pokeheroes. If I turn mine to mobile network, or he turns his to mobile, all is well again. This happens more than 50% of the time.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Brand new. But it did this on my old phone as well, a Note 3.

I should add that it has done this on multiple wifi networks, as well. I don't know if there is some kind of block or coding with users sharing an IP address, or a router or wifi? No idea. It REALLY sucks though.
