9 new Plushies are now available at the Dream World Shop (after we reached 500,000 total sent out plushies)!
Also a
Victini Event Plushie Distribution just started at the
Dream World Shop as well.As always, when you claim 4 Victini Plushies from this Distribution and spend enough Dream Points to get a 5th plushie, you receive a Shiny Victini Plushie.

PokéHeroes is now using a more secure internal password storing system. For the unlikely event that someone with bad intentions gets into the PokeHeroes database, we obviously at least want your private passwords to be safe. Therefore we have switched our current system (which is already quite safe, but not by 100%) to a more modern encryption technology.
In order to apply these changes to your account, you need to Log out and Log back in.
Please note that this is completely optional. The system we have used so far is already a very strong encryption technology, but to keep up with technology evolution, we always want to be up-to-date with security and are therefore offering you this improvement.
There is no visual change involved in this update - you will still log in using the same password you've used so far and in the same way you always log in. Just the way it is encrypted and stored has been changed.
P.S.: After you first log out and back in with this change, your Palpad may not be working for 1-2 minutes. Don't worry about that :)

With the last password encryption change (see previous post), the mobile apps (Messenger & Herowalker) became incompatible. To fix that issue, please log out once more (on your browser) and log back in. After around five minutes, you should be able to log into the apps again. :)
This does not require an app update.

Pachirisnow, Aurora and Heartomb have been added to the Event Shop!
Until we have more 2016's Events, the selected default tab in the Event Shop will remain "2015".

You can now add users to your Blacklist! ... Eh, I mean Blocklist!
Userprofile → Contact → Block user/Remove from blocklist
When you block a user, they can no longer...
→ Send you private messages
→ Send you Palpad messages*
→ Comment on your feeds
→ Send you Pokedollar, Nugget or Delibird Packages
→ Send you plushies
→ Offer on your trades
→ Give you "added you to their friendlist" notifications (if enabled)
→ Send you battle requests
*It can take up to five minutes until the palpad server updates your blocklist
They can still offer on your auctions or exchange your gem trades, since that doesn't involve any verbal communication/can't result in SPAM.
Also note that when a user, which is in your blocklist, posts in one of your forum threads (e.g. in your Trade/Fanart thread) just to get your attention (even though or especially when they know that they're on your blocklist) then this is an reportable offence.
Last but not least, you cannot block Moderators or the Admin for obvious reasons.

*which actually started at the beginning of this year in 2016.

now available as a Plushie Event at the Dream World Store! To get one you have to spend the
required amount of Dream Points until March 27th.After spending enough points to get 4 Manaphy Plushies, your fifth one will be a Shiny Plushie!

Professor Rowan's Lab just got an update! The old rusty table is now replaced with a new more hightech version - which can hold up to 4 eggs instead of just three.
It shows small lamps above the eggs which indicate the first type of the egg (if it's analyzed yet).
(The performance of it has been improved as well.)

A new Professor Rowan-Storyquest has been released. He again needs your help with something!
Requirements:
→ Finish enough of his tasks to get 4 Golden Poké Balls.
→ Trainerlevel 18 or above.
You can randomly get his tasks by visiting him (refreshing the page again and again does not work. Just visit the old man from time to time, it can be lonely in the lab!)

A bug with the Gem Cauldron has been fixed where the cauldron wouldn't appear anymore after refreshing the page. It has also been stabilized a little for bad internet connections.
UPDATE: A warning is now also displayed when you are trying to use a gem that you no longer have. For example when your task is "Grass Gem". but you use your last "Bug Gem" instead - and then it requests a "Bug Gem", it will show "You don't have any more gems of this type left!"... Which is basically a dead end, so make sure to have a little more gems than necessary in your bag when boiling gems. (Or don't make any mis-clicks during the boiling ;) )
In the past, such cases simply counted as "Wrong gem", which caused some confusions.
