A lot of areas say this happens at this time but I personally have no idea about when those times are for me...Maybe installing a site clock up in the status bar would be useful.

Yes I support that! People come from different time zones, so if you say 18 o'clock (which you could maybe change to 6 p.m.) everyone knows when it's their time.

Look at the bottom of every page - you will find a clock that represents the server time. (It even counts up automatically)

It has been there the whole time.
But I don't think that it's too conspicuous. Nonetheless I don't know any better place for it.

Up near the Logout button looks like a good place for the time, but you might have something else planned for that spot...

at the top is a perfect spot to put it. it would be fairly noticeable

If it is near the logout button you do not have to scroll down to see the time. :3
