I got above level 300 in the royal tunnel four times, but the ranklist only recorded the lowest level of the four times I went past level 300. Also, that time happened to be the only time I lost in the royal tunnel "in a normal way".

In the other three times, one time I double clicked a pokemon and didn't see an ending message. Another time, after I got a regi egg, I chose a pokemon when there was a little more than 10 seconds left, yet a message appeared saying I ran out of time. The third time, I clicked a pokemon but the page didn't load for over 10 seconds, and after the page did load I was sent to the screen where I could choose a path to go on without any message saying I ran out of time.

I guess I didn't explain the last one very well. I'm pretty sure it wasn't my computer because if my computer was being slow, I should've been sent to the page saying I ran out of time. Also, the way the loading icon thing on the tab looked like to me was the browser was trying to send a request multiple times to go to the next page, but it kept restarting. It wasn't the normal slow browser/internet thing.

That also doesn't explain why my level wasn't recorded in the ranklist.

It's possible that the Tunnel didn't record a streak, if bad connection kicks you out, because you didn't exactly 'lose' in the Tunnel. With the Ranklist having a lot of high streaks, I think it's save to think that's been solved, as the ranklist is being updated.
