So after I scan an egg it would say you finished scanning this egg or something like that and it would say what is in the egg so when I finished scanning an egg it says its an Exeggcute but when I went to the daycare it was an Disguised Exeggcute.

Are you sure you didn't missread? When I was breeding events it told on the notifications and daycare I bred a Jolly Jr., a Sugar Shock, a Summer Mareep etc.
That never really happened to me nor I've heard of it, so perhaps you just missread? o: (Anyway, if you get such thing, it's kind of...good because events are hard to get)

My latest scan have always shown the correct egg-name, so if this was a bug, I think it has been solved now. What could've also have happened, is that you scanned multiple eggs at the same time. It will only reveal one of the eggs' identity, which could explain why it says a different than you see in the Lab.

Either way, the bug appears to be fixed, as I never got a wrong name.
