What do you mean by strongest? Do you mean strongest shiny mega Agron on site, or strongest shiny mega over all?

I think she also had the first shiny rayquaza onsite. If I'm right it was the first shiny legend hunted with summons but I'm not sure of it, so it must be confirmed by somebody else (as she is offline and can't confirm by her own).
EDIT: the shiny unown Q on your "need to be checked" list is the only one that exist on site. So it can be considered confirmed :P
