The effectiveness should vary with difficulty:
Easy might give 50 exp points.
Medium might give 150.
Hard might give 300.
Also, there might be a super mode where you are timed, and there are 15 berries needed and all your berries are shown. It would have the name of the berry to make it easier, but at the end you can add a 'special' berry to give the cake an extra effect, like a super cake could give 500 exp points and a boost to the Pokemon's exp points gained, maybe 5%? But it is different depending on the berry. But there would be a hunger limit so you can only feed a certain amount of cakes to a Pokemon. But Kyogre would be able to eat more than Cinccino, it's just logic!
